चमोली: विश्व योग दिवस के मौके पर आईटीबीपी के हिमवीरों ने 14 हजार फीट की ऊंचाई पर स्थित वसुधारा हिमखंड पर योगाभ्यास किया. योग दिवसे पर बदरीनाथ धाम में स्थित माणा गांव के पास भारत-चीन सीमा पर तैनात आईटीबीपी के हिमवीरों ने 14 हजार फीट की ऊंचाई पर योग किया. वहीं, योगाभ्यास के दौरान जवानों द्वारा सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन किया गया।इसके अलावा भारतीय पर्वतारोहण एवं स्कीइंग प्रशिक्षण संस्थान द्वारा 9,500 फिट की ऊंचाई पर स्थित औली में आईटीबीपी के हिमवीरों ने योग किया। देश के अंतिम गांव माणा से पांच किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित वसुधारा हिमखंड में भारतीय पर्वतारोहण एवं स्कीइंग प्रशिक्षण संस्थान औली के हिमवीरों द्वारा योगाभ्यास किया गया. देश की सरहद की निगहबानी करने के साथ ही साहासिक खेलो में भी हिमवीर पारंगत है। इन दिनों सीमा क्षेत्र में हिमखंडों के ऊपर और बर्फीले ढलानों के बीच हिमवीरों का योगाभ्यास दांतों तले अंगुली दबाने को मजबूर कर देता है. क्योंकि यहां का तापमान इन दिनों भी माइनस में रहता है.
