कोविड-19 के चलते उत्तराखंड सरकार ने कावड़ यात्रा को स्थगित करने का लिया निर्णय, प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों को जारी किये निर्देश
कोविड-19 के चलते इस बार उत्तराखंड सरकार ने कांवड़ यात्रा को स्थगित करने का निर्णय लिया है। जिसके लिए प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों को दिशानिर्देश दिए जा चुके है। इसके बाद जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस प्रशासन ने कमर कसते हुए कार्य शुरू कर दिया है। पुलिस ने उत्तराखंड में प्रवेश करने वाले अंतरराज्यीय व अंतर जनपदीय सीमाओं को सील करने का कार्य शुरू कर दिया है। ताकि बिना वजह या कांवड़ के उद्देश्य से आने व राज्य या जनपद सीमा पार ना कर सके। इसके साथ ही यदि कोई व्यक्ति चालबाजी से जनपद में प्रवेश करता है। तो उसे 14 दिनों के लिए उसी के खर्च पर कवारेंटिन किया जाएगा। साथ ही विधिक कार्यवाही भी अमल में लाई जा सकती है। कोरोना महामारी कोविड-19 के चलते देशभर की तमाम व्यवस्थाएं पटरी से उतरी हुई है। हालांकि देश की सरकार प्रदेश की सरकारें कोविड-19 से बचने के लिए भरसक प्रयास कर रही है। इसी कड़ी में हरिद्वार में होने वाले कांवड़ मेले को स्थगित कर दिया गया है। सरकार ने कोविड-19 के चलते ये निर्णय लिया है। जिसके चलते प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों को दिशानिर्देश जारी कर दिए गए है। कांवड़ यात्रा स्थगित होने के बाद प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों ने कमर कसते हुए कार्य शुरू कर दिया है। पुलिस प्रशासन की ओर से अंतरराज्यीय व जनपदीय सीमाओं को सील किया जा रहा है ताकि कोई बाहरी व्यक्ति बिना वजह प्रवेश ना कर सके। एसपी देहात स्वपन किशोर सिंह ने बताया कि कोविड-19 के चलते इस बार कांवड़ यात्रा स्थगित कर दी गई है। लॉकडाउन वन की तरह अंतरराज्यीय औऱ अंतर्जनपदीय सीमाओं को सील किया गया है। इसके साथ ही हाइवे, कनेक्टिंग रोड़, लिंक रोड़ को भी ग्राम प्रधान, उपप्रधान, युवक मंगल दल, स्पेशल पुलिस ऑफिसर की मदद से सील किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया ऐसा इस लिए किया गया है कि कोई भी व्यक्ति जो बिना कारण या कांवड़ के उद्देश्य से जनपद या राज्य की सीमा में प्रवेश करने से रोका जा सके, और कोरोना संक्रमण से उसे और उसके परिवार व आमजन को भी बचाया जा सके। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने बताया नियमो के विरुद्ध यदि कोई व्यक्ति जनपद में प्रवेश करता है तो उसे उसके खर्च पर 14 दिनों के लिए कवारेंटिन किया जाएगा साथ ही उसके विरुद्ध विधिक कार्यवाही भी की जा सकती है।
