नाबालिक से सामूहिक दुष्कर्म, आरोपियों के खिलाफ पोस्को एक्ट सहित अन्य धाराओं पर मुकदमा हुआ दर्ज
विकास नगर: पिछले दिनों 15 वर्षीय किशोरी के साथ हुए सामूहिक दुष्कर्म मामले में पुलिस ने दो अभियुक्तों के खिलाफ नामजद मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया था। पुलिस ने अब दोनों आरोपियों को भी गिरफ्तार कर लिया है. जिन्हें न्यायालय में पेशकर अब जेल भेज दिया गया है।
बीती 5 जुलाई को ये मामला उस वक्त सामने आया जब पीड़िता के परिजन कोतवाली पहुंचे. परिजनों ने पुलिस को मामले से अवगत कराते हुए पड़ोस में ही रहने वाले विक्की और अनुज के खिलाफ नाबालिग लड़की साथ सामूहिक दुष्कर्म का मुकदमा दर्ज कराया। जिसके बाद पुलिस ने मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए फौरन जांच में जुट गई थी। ऐसे में पुलिस ने दोनों आरोपियों को अब धर-दबोचा है। मामले एसएसआई रामनरेश शर्मा ने बताया कि पीड़ित किशोरी के पिता ने दो युवकों के खिलाफ दुराचार की शिकायत की दर्ज कराई थी। जिसके चलते कोतवाली पुलिस द्वारा आरोपियों के खिलाफ पॉक्सो एक्ट सहित अन्य धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कार्रवाई शुरू की गई। उन्होंने कहा कि मामले की जांच कर रही महिला उपनिरीक्षक हिमानी चौधरी द्वारा नामजद दोनों अभियुक्तों विक्की और अनुज को मुखबिर की सूचना पर गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है।
