ऋषिकेश एम्स में धीरे धीरे शुरू हो रही ओपीडी व अन्य कई सेवाएं, मरीजों को मिलेगी राहत
अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान एम्स ऋषिकेश में डाइलिसिस और कीमियोथेरेपी के लिए मरीजों को अब इंतजार नहीं करना पड़ेगा। लॉकडाउन के चलते संस्थान में बीते मार्च माह में स्थगित की गई ओपीडी व अन्य कई सेवाएं अब धीरे धीरे सुचारू की जा रही हैं। ऐसे में डाइलिसिस व कीमियोथेरेपी से जुड़े मरीजों को भी जल्द यह सुविधाएं मिल सकेंगी।
कोविड19 के विश्वव्यापी प्रकोप के चलते एम्स संस्थान में बीते मार्च माह में वाह्य रोगी विभाग ओपीडी समेत कई अन्य नियमित स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं स्थगित कर दी गई थी। जिसकी वजह कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण से एक-दूसरे लोगों का बचाव व सरकार की गाइड लाइन का शब्दश: पालन सुनिश्चित कराना था। जिसके कारण कैंसर के मरीजों के लिए संस्थान में उपलब्ध कीमियोथेरेपी व किडनी संबंधी रोगों से ग्रसित मरीजों की डाइलिसिस आदि सुविधाओं को भी कुछ समय के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया था। इससे संबंधित रोगों से ग्रस्त मरीजों को भी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा था और वह इन सुविधाओं को लेकर लगातार संस्थान से संपर्क बनाए हुए थे। लिहाजा ऐसे मरीजों की परेशानी के मद्देनजर एम्स ऋषिकेश ने कीमियोथेरेपी व डाइलिसिस की सुविधाएं फिर से बहाल कर दी हैं। गौरतलब है कि ऋषिकेश नगर व समीपवर्ती इलाकों में किडनी संबंधी रोगों से ग्रसित काफी संख्या में मरीज हैं, जो एम्स में इसके नियमित उपचार के लिए आते हैं। ऐसे में खासकर उन लोगों को डाइलिसिस की सुविधा फिर से नियमिततौर पर मिल सकेगी जो पहले से ही संस्थान में इस सुविधा का लाभ लेते रहे हैं। जबकि संस्थान में रेडियोथेरेपी की सुविधा लॉकडाउन के शुरुआती दिनों में कुछ समय स्थगित कर दी गई थी, इसके बाद से इसे सुचारू कर दिया गया था, एम्स संकायाध्यक्ष अस्पताल प्रशासन प्रो. यूबी मिश्रा जी ने बताया कि इनदिनों एक दिन में डाइलिसिस के अधिकतम 9 और कीमियोथेरेपी के 12 मरीजों का ही उपचार हो पा रहा है। जिसके लिए एम्स परिसर में अलग से वार्ड स्थापित किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि संस्थान में कीमियोथेरेपी और डाइलिसिस कराने के लिए आने वाले मरीजों को इससे पूर्व कोविड स्क्रीनिंग करानी होगी। जिसके बाद कोविड नेगेटिव रिपोर्ट आने पर ही वह इन स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं का लाभ उठा सकेंगे। उन्होंने बताए कि ऐसे मरीजों को किसी तरह की असुविधा नहीं हो इसके लिए उन्हें एम्स की वेबसाइट पर ऑनलाइन अथवा संस्थान की टेलिमेडिसिन ओपीडी के लिए उपलब्ध कराए गए टेलीफोन नंबरों के माध्यम से पंजीकरण की प्रक्रिया को अपनाना चाहिए।
