श्रीनगर: गढ़वाल सांसद तीरथ सिंह रावत ने कहा कि ऋषिकेश-कर्णप्रयाग रेल लाइन का काम साल 2024 तक पूरा हो जाएगा। उन्होंने श्रीनगर में पत्रकार वार्ता में कहा कि अब जल्द पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में बड़े उद्योग खुल सकेंगे और पहाड़ के लोगों को रोजगार मिलेगा। गढ़वाल सांसद तीरथ सिंह रावत ने कहा कि उनके द्वारा सांसद निधि के जरिये गढ़वाल क्षेत्र की 10 विधान सभाओं में सड़कों का निर्माण किया जा रहा है, जो जल्द बनकर तैयार हो जाएंगी। उन्होंने बताया की केदारनाथ की तरह अब बदरीनाथ मंदिर का भी कायाकल्प किया जाएगा। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा इस संबंध में व्यापक तैयारी की जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि पहले लोग पहाड़ों में आने से कतराते थे, लेकिन अब सड़कें इतनी बेहतर बन रही हैं कि अब कुछ ही घंटों में सैकड़ों किलोमीटर का सफर आसानी से तय किया जा सकता है. उन्होंने कहा कि सड़क निर्माण में अभी कुछ परेशानियां आ रही हैं, लेकिन सड़कें बनते ही पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों का सफर आसान हो जाएगा।
