कौड़िया चेक पोस्ट पर उड़ रही धूल, ड्यूटी करने को मजबूर पुलिसकर्मी
कोटद्वार: गढ़वाल का द्वार कोटद्वार में अंतर राज्य सीमा पर स्थित कौड़िया चेक पोस्ट पर इन दिनों धूल का गुबार उड़ रहा है. इस धूल के कारण चेक पोस्ट पर ड्यूटी कर रहे पुलिसकर्मी परेशान है. लेकिन, जल्दी ही इस धूल से इन पुलिसकर्मियों को राहत नहीं दिलाई गई तो चेक पोस्ट पर तैनात पुलिसकर्मी और अन्य स्टाफ किसी खतरनाक बीमारी की चपेट में आ सकते हैं। गढ़वाल के द्वार पर बनी उत्तर प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड की सीमा कौड़िया चेक पोस्ट पर इन दिनों कोविड-19 की सुरक्षा के लिए पुलिसकर्मियों की ड्यूटी लगी हुई है. इन दिनों कोटद्वार की नदियों में रिवर ट्रेनिंग नीति के तहत चेनलाइज का कार्य चल रहा है. चेनलाइज के कार्य से आरबीएम लेकर भारी भरकम डंपर इन रास्तों से गुजर रहे हैं. इन डंपरों के कारण कौड़िया चेक पोस्ट पर धूल भरी आंधियां चल रही है. इस धूल भरी आंधी से सुरक्षा में तैनात पुलिसकर्मियों पर खतरा मंडराने लगा. ऐसे में अगर जल्द ही स्थानीय प्रशासन ने इस ओर ध्यान नहीं दिया तो इस धूल से कई पुलिसकर्मी बीमार हो सकते हैं। जानकारी के मुताबिक रिवर ट्रेनिंग नीति के तहत जब नदियों में चेनलाइज का कार्य किया जाता है, तो जिन रास्तों से आरबीएम से भरे हुए डंपर ट्रक गुजरते हैं। उन रास्तों पर पट्टे धारकों के द्वारा टैंकरों के जरिए पानी का छिड़काव किया जाता है। जिससे इन डंपरों से उड़ने वाली वाली धूल-मिट्टी सड़कों पर उड़े ना। लेकिन, यहां पर ऐसा नहीं होता दिखाई दे रहा है। इस धूल भरी आंधी में चेक पोस्ट पर खड़े पुलिसकर्मी और अन्य लोग परेशान हैं।जब इस संबंध में पुलिस कर्मियों से बातचीत करने की कोशिश की गई तो किसी ने कुछ बोलने से इंकार कर दिया। लेकिन,चेक पोस्ट पर खड़े पुलिसकर्मी की दबी जुबान ने बताया कि रिवर्ट ट्रेनिंग के तहत हो रहे कार्य से सरकार को राजस्व मिलता है। यह प्रशासन का मामला है, इसमें हम कुछ नहीं बोल सकते है. ऐसे में यहां धूल उड़े, तूफान आए या बारिश हो हमें ड्यूटी करनी है।
