प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार के दूसरे कार्यकाल के एक वर्ष की उपलब्धियों को जन जन तक पहुचाने के लिए देश भर में आयोजित की जा रही वर्चुअल रैलियों के क्रम में केंद्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री डॉ रमेश पोखरियाल “निशंक” राजस्थान व मध्यप्रदेश के साथ उत्तराखंड में भी चार वर्चुअल रैलियो को संबोधित करेंगे। भाजपा प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष व मीडिया प्रभारी डॉ देवेंद्र भसीन ने बताया कि राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष श्री जे पी नड्डा के निर्देश व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष श्री बंसी धर भगत के मर्गदर्शन में आयोजित की जा रही वर्चुअल रैलियों के क्रम केंद्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री डॉ निशंक द्वारा उत्तराखंड में चार रैलियाँ सम्बोधित की जानी है । निर्धारित कार्यक्रमों के अनुसार डॉ निशंक 30 जून को प्रातः 10 बजे धर्मपुर विधानसभा ,1 जुलाई को 10 बजे रुड़की विधानसभा, 2 जुलाई को 12 बजे रामनगर विधानसभा (ज़िला नैनीताल) एवँ 3 जुलाई को 4 बजे हरिद्वार ग्रामीण विधानसभा में आयोजित होने वाली वर्चुवल रैलियों को संबोधित करेंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि उत्तराखंड की सभी 70 विधानसभाओं में होने वाली वर्चुवल रैलियों की अवधि बढ़ाई गई है। पहले ये रैलियाँ 27 जून तक सम्पन्न होनी थीं।किंतु तकनीकी कारणों से इनकी अवधि में वृद्धि की गई है और अब ये रैलियाँ जुलाई के प्रथम सप्ताह तक चलेंगी। इन रैलियों से प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के ऐतिहासिक कार्यों व देश प्रदेश में हो रहे विकास को लेकर कार्यकर्ताओं व जनता में बहुत सशक्त संदेश जा रहा है । इसी कारण कांग्रेस नेता बेचैन हैं व बौखलाए हुए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि आज तक 21 रैलियाँ आयोजित हो चुकी हैं। उत्तराखंड में सभी 70 विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में आयोजित की जानी हैं।
