गांव में शराब की दुकान के शिफ्टिंग की सूचना मिलते ही भड़की महिलाएं
ग्राम सभा जयपुर खीमा के बच्चिपुर गांव में शराब की दुकान के शिफ्टिंग की सूचना मिलते पर क्षेत्र की महिलाओं व ग्रामीण लोगों ने ग्राम प्रधान सीमा पाठक के नेतृत्व में पहुंचकर निर्माण कार्य को रुकवा दिया। वहीं जिलाधिकारी को इस बाबत एक ज्ञापन भी सौंपा इसमें क्षेत्र के आधा दर्जन ग्राम प्रधानों के हस्ताक्षर थे। बताते चलें कि हल्दूचौड़ स्थित अंग्रेजी शराब की दुकान को ग्राम सभा जयपुर खीमा के बरेली रोड स्थित बच्चीपुर गांव में खोले जाने की प्रक्रिया चल रही थी, ग्राम प्रधान जयपुर खीमा सीमा पाठक का कहना है कि किसी भी हाल में यहां शराब की दुकान खोलने नहीं दी जाएगी, कल से ग्राम सभा की महिलाएं धरने पर बैठेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि जिस स्थान पर शराब दुकान का निर्माण कराया जा रहा है उससे चंद कदमों पर कुमाऊं का सबसे बड़ा अष्टादश भुजा महालक्ष्मी मंदिर स्तिथ है, यहां शराब की दुकान खुलने से क्षेत्र में अराजकता बढ़ेगी। वही महालक्ष्मी मंदिर के स्वामी सोमेश्वर यति जी महाराज ने कहा कि कुमाऊ के सबसे बड़े मंदिर के परी क्षेत्र में शराब की दुकान खोलने से अराजगता बढ़ेगी जिसे किसी भी कीमत पर बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा और यहां शराब की दुकान खुलने का पुरजोर विरोध किया जाएगा।
