वन विभाग अवैध खनन करने वालों में करेगा कड़ी कार्रवाई
मानसून सत्र के मद्देनजर प्रदेश की नदियों से खनन निकासी का काम बंद हो गया है. ऐसे में वन विभाग ने नदियों से अवैध खनन रोकने के लिए विशेष टीम गठित की है. नदियों के आवाजाही वाले रास्तों को गड्ढा खोद कर बंद करने का काम किया जा रहा है. इसके साथ ही वन विभाग ने कर्मचारियों को अलर्ट रहने का निर्देश भी दिया है.
अवैध खनन रोकेगा वन विभाग.मुख्य वन संरक्षक पश्चिमी वृत्त पराग मधुकर धकाते ने बताया कि मानसून में नदियों से खनन निकासी बंद हो जाने के बाद अवैध खनन की आशंका बढ़ जाती है. इसके मद्देनजर वन विभाग पूरी तरह से अलर्ट पर है. नदियों से अवैध खनन ना हो इसको लेकर खनन निकासी और प्रवेश द्वार के रास्तों को गड्ढा खोदकर बंद करने का काम किया जा रहा है. इसके अलावा पीआरडी और वन विभाग के जवानों की संभावित जगहों पर तैनाती की गई है, जिससे कि अवैध खनन को रोका जा सके. उन्होंने बताया कि अवैध खनन रोकने के लिए वन विभाग की स्पेशल टीम गठित की गई है। मुख्य वन संरक्षक पश्चिमी वृत्त ने बताया कि अवैध खनन किसी भी कीमत पर बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा. अगर कोई अवैध खनन करते हुए पाया जाएगा तो उसके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी.
