पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री से आवास भत्ता व अन्य सुविधाओं के मामले में कल होगी हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई

नैनीताल: नैनीताल हाई कोर्ट में पूर्व मुख्यमंत्रियों से आवास भत्ता व अन्य सुविधाओं में हुए खर्च को वसूल करने के मामले में 9 जून 2020 को मुख्य न्यायधीश रमेश रंगनाथन व न्यायमूर्ति आरसी खुल्बे की खंडपीठ में निर्णय सुनाया जाएगा। खण्डपीठ ने 23 मार्च 2020 को मामले में सभी पक्षकारों को सुनने के बाद निर्णय सुरक्षित रख लिया था। मामले के अनुसार देहरादून की रूरल लिटिगेशन संस्था ने राज्य सरकार के उस ऑर्डिनेंस को जनहित याचिका के माध्यम से चुनौती दी थी जिसके द्वारा पूर्व मुख्यमंत्रीयो के किराए को बाजारू रेट के आधार पर भुगतान करने में राज्य सरकार ने छूट दे दी गई थी। संस्था का यह भी कहना है कि यह संविधान के खिलाफ है।
