प्रदेश में नई भर्तियों पर रोक नहीं, त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत मुख्यमंत्री उत्तराखंड
देहरादून : मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने कहा है कि प्रदेश में नई भर्तियों पर रोक नहीं लगायी गई है। केवल नये पदों के सृजन पर रोक लगाई गई है। पहले से सृजित पदों पर भर्ती पर रोक नहीं है।
मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने कहा कि इस सम्बन्ध में जारी शासनादेश में भी स्पष्ट किया गया है। इसके साथ ही चतुर्थ श्रेणी के पदों के साथ-साथ कतिपय विशिष्ट/तकनीकी कार्य हेतु सृजित वाहन चालक, माली, वायरमैन, इलेक्ट्रीशयन, प्लम्बर, मिस्त्री, लिफ्टमैन, ए.सी.-मैकेनिक एवं अन्य इसी प्रकार से रिक्त होने वाले पदों पर समस्त सेवायें अधिप्राप्ति नियमावली, 2017 के अध्याय-5 बाह्य स्त्रोत से सेवायें कराये जाने के अन्तर्गत नियम-61 से 64 तक स्थापित व्यवस्था के अनुरूप संविदा/आउटसोर्सिंग के आधार पर सम्पादित करवाया जानी है। चतुर्थ श्रेणी के पदों पर नई भर्ती पर सातवें वेतन आयोग द्वारा पूर्व में ही रोक लगाई हुई है।
मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना प्रारम्भ की है। जिसके माध्यम से प्रदेश के युवा अपना काम शुरू कर सकते हैं। इसमें ऋण और अनुदान की व्यवस्था की गई है। इसमें ऑनलाईन भी आवेदन किया जा सकता है। अपने गांवों को वापस लौटे लोगों की आजीविका के लिए सरकार हर सम्भव प्रयास कर रही है। युवा अपनी ऊर्जा का उपयोग स्वरोजगार के लिए करें, सरकार हर कदम पर आप सभी के साथ है
