दुगड्डा-गुमखाल राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग भूस्खलन के चलते क्षतिग्रस्त
कोटद्वार: राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-534 पर दुगड्डा-गुमखाल के बीच जगह-जगह भूस्खलन के कारण सड़क क्षतिग्रस्त हो गई थी. सड़कों पर गड्ढे पड़े हैं. राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग धुमाकोट-दुगड्डा के बीच छह किलोमीटर और दुगड्डा-गुमखाल के बीच 14 किलोमीटर सड़क की पेंटिंग के लिए दस करोड़ रुपये का टेंडर जारी कर दिया गया है। राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी के द्वारा मार्ग की पेंटिंग के साथ-साथ सड़क के किनारे पुश्ते भी बनाए जाएंगे।बता दें राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग-534 कोटद्वार से गढ़वाल जाने के लिए एक मुख्य मार्ग है. पिछले साल बरसात के समय दुगड्डा-गुमखाल के बीच पहाड़ दरकने से यह मार्ग जगह-जगह क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया था। राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग धुमाकोट के अधिकारियों के द्वारा इस मार्ग की मरम्मत के लिए डीपीआर बनाकर शासन को भेजा गया था। लेकिन पूर्व में शासन से स्वीकृति नहीं मिल पाई। अब इस मार्ग की मरम्मत के लिए सरकार से धनराशि स्वीकृत हो गई है. राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग धुमाकोट के द्वारा टेंडर जारी कर दिए गए हैं. दस करोड़ रुपये की लागत से एक प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी को इस मार्ग की मरम्मत के लिए टेंडर दिया गया है। सहायक अभियंता अरविंद जोशी ने कहा कि उन्हें दो टेंडरों की स्वीकृति मिली है. एक सिद्धबली मंदिर से छह किलोमीटर आगे और दूसरा फतेहपुर बैंड से गुमखाल की ओर 14 किलोमीटर का. उन्होंने कहा कि पूरी कोशिश रहेगी कि बरसात से पहले इस मार्ग का काम खत्म हो जाए.
