*अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस* की पूर्व संध्या पर मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने प्रदेशवासियों को दी शुभकामनाएं
मा. मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत जी ने “अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस” की पूर्व संध्या पर जारी अपने संदेश में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस की शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के सफल प्रयासों से सारा विश्व 21 जून को योग दिवस के रूप में मना रहा। इस बार के योग दिवस का आयोजन विशेष परिस्थिति में हम लोग कर रहे हैं। विगत वर्षों में जहां हम सार्वजनिक रूप से और लाखों लाखों की संख्या में लोग एकत्रित होकर एक साथ योगाभ्यास करते थे, इस वर्ष कोविड-19 के वजह से मा. प्रधानमंत्री जी ने सभी देशवासियों से अनुरोध किया है कि हम सब लोग अपने घरों में योग करें । कोविड-19 महामारी से बचने के लिए हमारी इम्यूनिटी मजबूत होना बहुत जरूरी है और योग के द्वारा हम अपनी इम्यूनिटी यानी रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को बढ़ा सकते हैं। आज इस अवसर पर मा. मुख्यमंत्री जी ने सभी प्रदेश वासियों से अनुरोध किया है कि हम सभी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर एक घंटा अवश्य योगाभ्यास करें । स्वयं भी निरोग रहे, स्वयं की प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाए और औरों को भी इसके लिए प्रोत्साहित करें।
