भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं पर जानलेवा हमला करने वाले आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी की मांग को लेकर धरना
उधम सिंह नगर के किच्छा में तमाम व्यापारियों व भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं ने जानलेवा हमले के आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार करने की मांग को लेकर सांकेतिक धरना दिया । किच्छा कोतवाली में तमाम लोगों ने सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करते हुए किच्छा पुलिस की कार्यप्रणाली पर नाराजगी व्यक्त की । प्रदर्शन कर रहे लोगों ने आरोप लगाया कि पुलिस की लापरवाही के चलते जानलेवा हमला करने वाले आरोपियों के हौसले बुलंद हैं और वे लोग लगातार क्षेत्र में दहशत फैलाने का काम कर रहे हैं । चार दिन पूर्व किच्छा स्थित एक कॉलोनी में करीब एक दर्जन युवकों ने दो युवकों पर जानलेवा हमला बोल दिया था । घटना के दौरान हथियारबंद आरोपियों ने मौके पर अवैध हथियारों से जमकर फायरिंग की थी जिसमें कई लोग गोली लगने से बाल बाल बच गए थे और कई लोग गोली के छर्रे लगने से घायल हो गए थे । घटना में व्यापार मंडल कोषाध्यक्ष राजकुमार बजाज का भतीजा मनीष बजाज तथा भारतीय जनता युवा मोर्चा के पूर्व जिला अध्यक्ष श्रीकांत राठौर का भाई राहुल राठौर गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया था । हमले में घायल हुए दोनों युवकों का गंभीर अवस्था में इलाज चल रहा है । घटना के बाद पीड़ित मनीष बजाज की तहरीर पर पुलिस ने पांच नामजद आरोपियों सहित आधा दर्जन अन्य अज्ञात युवकों के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज करते हुए कार्यवाही शुरू कर दी । कोतवाली पहुंचे तमाम लोगों ने किच्छा पुलिस पर आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी में लापरवाही बरतने का आरोप लगाते हुए नाराजगी व्यक्त की । इस दौरान तमाम व्यापारियों व भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं ने पुलिस की कार्यप्रणाली को लेकर नाराजगी जताई । प्रदर्शनकारियों ने आरोप लगाया कि रिपोर्ट दर्ज होने के बाद भी सभी आरोपी पुलिस की पकड़ से बाहर हैं जबकि आरोपियों द्वारा पीड़ित पक्ष पर दर्ज रिपोर्ट वापस लेने के लिए दवाब बनाकर धमकाने का काम किया जा रहा है । व्यापारियों ने कहा कि नामजद आरोपियों द्वारा किच्छा में गैंग बनाकर लोगों के साथ बेवजह मारपीट करते हुए अवैध हथियारों से फायरिंग की जा रही है जिससे आम जनता में भय का माहौल कायम हो रहा है । इस दौरान कोतवाली पुलिस के अधिकारियों ने प्रदर्शन कर रहे लोगों को शांत कराते हुए जल्द कार्यवाही का भरोसा दिलाया । पुलिस अधिकारियों से वार्ता के बाद प्रदर्शन कर रहे लोगों ने अपना धरना प्रदर्शन स्थगित कर दिया । फिलहाल पूरे मामले को लेकर क्षेत्र में तनाव की स्थिति बनी हुई है।
