मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने सतर्कता विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक ली
मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने शुक्रवार को सचिवालय में सतर्कता विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक ली। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि सतर्कता अधिष्ठान को ट्रैप एवं अन्वेषण सिस्टम को मजबूत करने की जरूरत है। उन्होंने कहा कि ट्रैपिंग सिस्टम में लापरवाही करने वाले अधिकारियों की जिम्मेदारी तय की जाय। शासन स्तर से महत्वपूर्ण प्रकरणों में गोपनीय जांच के बजाय खुली जांच एवं एफआरआई की कारवाई की जाय।
निदेशक सतर्कता को अभिसूचना संकलन एवं संदिग्ध मामलों के स्वतः संज्ञान लेते हुए आरोपी के आवासों या अन्य स्थानों पर अपर मुख्य सचिव सतर्कता के अनुमोदन के पश्चात रेड करने का अधिकार देने पर सहमति बनी। मुख्यमंत्री ने विभागों द्वारा विभिन्न प्रकरणों में लम्बी अवधि के बाद जांच विजिलेंस को देने पर नाराजगी व्यक्त की गई। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि विभाग को प्रकरण विजिलेंस को ट्रांसफर करना है तो, यह कार्यवाही एक साल के अन्दर पूर्ण कर जी जाय।
प्रत्येक सरकारी विभाग में विजिलेंस नोडल आॅफिसर एक माह के भीतर अपेक्षित सूचना सतर्कता विभाग को उपलब्ध कराने के लिए उत्तरदायी होंगे। बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि प्रत्येक राज्याधीन कार्यरत कर्मचारियों को हर साल प्राॅपर्टी रिटर्न आॅनलाईन दाखिल किया जाना अनिवार्य किया जाय।
उन्होंने कहा कि सीमांत क्षेत्रों के लोगों से निरंतर समन्वय स्थापित किया जाय। सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले लोगों की मूलभूत आवश्यकताओं और वहां इन्फ्रास्टक्चर को विकसित किये जाने को प्राथमिकता दी जाय। केन्द्र सरकार की सीमांत क्षेत्र विकास परियोजना एवं राज्य सरकार की मुख्यमंत्री सीमांत क्षेत्र विकास योजना पर फोकस किया जाय। सोशल मीडिया की माॅनिटरिंग के लिए सिस्टम को मजबूत बनाया जाय। लाॅ एवं आर्डर की दृष्टि से दुष्प्रचार करने वाले लोगों को चिन्हित किया जाय एवं उनके विरूद्ध कार्रवाई की जाय।
