पुलिस ने चेकिंग के दौरान अवैध कच्ची शराब की 9 पेटी के साथ एक अभियुक्त को किया गिरफ्तार
ऋषिकेश- कोतवाली पुलिस ने चैकिंग अभियान के दौरान बोलेरो मैक्स गाड़ी मे तस्करी कर शराब ला रहे एक अभियुक्त को गिरफ्तार किया है। उसके कब्जे से पुलिस को 9 पेटी अवैध देसी शराब बरामद हुई है। पुलिस ने अभियुक्त के खिलाफ आबकारी अधिनियम के तहत मामला दर्ज कर वाहन को सीज कर दिया है। अवैध शराब की तस्करी को रोकने के लिए कोतवाली पुलिस का अभियान लगातार जारी है। ऋषिकेश को शराब मुक्त बनाने के लिए महकमे के आला अफसरों के आदेशानुसार कोतवाली प्रभारी रितेश शाह के नेतृत्व में पुलिस की विभिन्न टीमें गठित कर शराब तस्करों के ठिकानों पर दबिश दी जा रही है।अवैध शराब बिक्री वाले स्थान पर पुलिस मुखबिर तंत्र को सक्रिय कर दबिश दे रही है।विभिन्न नाकों पर शराब तस्करों के विरुद्ध वाहन चेकिंग अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। अभियान के अनुपालन में गठित टीम द्वारा जंगलात बैरियर ऋषिकेश के पास चेकिंग अभियान के दौरान एक बोलेरो मैक्स को चैकिंग के लिए रोका गया तो उसमे देसी शराब जाफरान की 9 पेटी अवैध शराब बरामद हुई। चालक (अभियुक्त) को गिरफ्तार किया गया।अभियुक्त की पहचान सार्थक पुत्र रामनारायण जयसवाल निवासी- गली नंबर 18, चंदेश्वर नगर, ऋषिकेश के रूप मे हुई है।कोतवाली प्रभारी रितेश शाह ने बताया अभियुक्त के खिलाफ आबकारी अधिनियम के अंतर्गत मुकदमा पंजीकृत कर वाहन को मोटर अधिनियम के अंतर्गत सीज किया गया है।उपरोक्त अभियुक्त को समय से माननीय न्यायालय के समक्ष पेश किया जाएगा
