विश्वविद्यालयों की परीक्षाएं होगी इन तारीखों पर और 1 नवंबर से शुरू होगा नया सत्र
मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत की अध्यक्षता में गुरूवार को सचिवालय में उच्च शिक्षा विभाग से सम्बन्धित बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग के दिशा निर्देशो के तहत विश्वविद्यालयों एवं महाविद्यालयों में परीक्षायें संचालित किये जाने के सम्बन्ध में विचार विमर्श किया गया। बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया कि विश्वविद्यालय स्तर पर अन्तिम वर्ष एवं अन्तिम सेमेस्टर के छात्र-छात्रों की परीक्षायें 24 अगस्त से 25 सितम्बर तक आयोजित की जायेंगी तथा 25 अक्टूबर तक परीक्षा फल घोषित कर दिया जायेगा जबकि 01 नवम्बर से नया सत्र शुरू कर दिया जायेगा। इसके अलावा पुराने छात्र छात्राओं की सेमेस्टर परीक्षायें यूजीसी गाइडलाइन के अनुसार अगली कक्षाओं में प्रोमोट करते हुए 05 अगस्त तक परीक्षा फल घोषित कर 16 अगस्त से ऑनलाईन कक्षायें शुरू कर दी जायेंगी। 12वीं के परीक्षाफल घोषित होने के साथ ही समस्त राजकीय विश्वविद्यालयों एवं महाविद्यालयों बीए, बीएससी, एम, एमएससी आदि कक्षाओं में प्रथम वर्ष हेतु प्रवेश प्रक्रिया प्रारम्भ कर दी जायेगी तथा 01 नवम्बर से कक्षायें प्रारम्भ होंगी।
बैठक में विभिन्न विश्वविद्यालयों के कुलपतियों द्वारा बताया गया कि राज्य के कई महाविद्यालयों एवं विश्वविद्यालयों को कोविड 19 क्वारंटीन सेंटर बनाये गये हैं जिसके चलते परेशानी आ सकती है जिस पर मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि कोविड-19 के दृष्टिगत जिन विश्वविद्यालयों एवं महाविद्यालयों में क्वारंटीन सेंटर बनाये गये हैं सम्बन्धित संस्थान के मुखिया के ओर से जिलाधिकारी को पत्र भेजकर 25 जुलाई तक क्वारंटीन सेंटर खाली कराते हुए अन्यत्र शिफ्ट करा दिये जाये तथा वहां पर छात्रों के आने से पहले सेनेटाईजेशन की भी पर्याप्त व्यवस्था की जाए ताकि परीक्षा देने वाले छात्रों को कोई कठिनाई न हो।
बैठक में उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ0 धन सिंह रावत ने बताया कि पूरे प्रदेश में लगभग 03 लाख छात्र-छात्राओं उच्च शिक्षा में अध्यनरत हैं जिनमें से लगभग 80 हजार छात्र-छात्रायें अन्तिम वर्ष/सेमेस्टर के शामिल हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में लगभग 25 हजार छात्र-छात्रायें बाहरी राज्यों से अध्यनरत हैं जिनको परीक्षा से पूर्व 01 अगस्त तक सम्बन्धित विश्वविद्यालय एवं महाविद्यालयों में अपनी उपस्थिति देनी होगी, लेकिन उनके लिए शर्त रखी गई है वह अपने प्रदेशों से कोविड-19 का टेस्ट कराते हुए प्रमाण पत्र भी साथ लेकर आयेंगे ताकि क्वारंटीन की अनिवार्यता से बचा जा सके।
बैठक में प्रमुख सचिव आनन्द वर्द्धन ने बताया कि यूजीसी के द्वारा पूर्व में शिक्षको, अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को कार्यालय आने सम्बन्धित जो छूट दी गई थी वह समाप्त कर दी गई है। अब सभी प्राचार्यों, शिक्षकों अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों को अपने कार्यालय में उपस्थित रहना अनिवार्य होगा। आदेशों का पालन न करने पर सम्बन्धित के खिलाफ कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जायेगी।
बैठक के उपरान्त मुक्त विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति ओ0पी0एस0नेगी द्वारा मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र को कोविड-19 के दृष्टिगत मुख्यमंत्री राहत कोष हेतु विश्वविद्यालय की ओर से 05 लाख 80 हजार की धनराशि का चेक भेंट किया गया।
