पौड़ी- पौड़ी की खस्ता हो चुकी रोड़ो को लेकर आज युवा कांग्रेस द्वारा अधिशासी अभियंता लोकनिर्माण विभाग पौड़ी को ज्ञापन दिया। जिसमें युवा कांग्रेस पौड़ी के द्वारा मांग की गयी की पौड़ी क्षेत्र में आने वाली रोड़ो की हालत काफी जर्जर हो चुकी है, जिससे आम लोगो के साथ दुर्घटना होने खतरा निरन्तर बना रहता है, सर्किट हाउस से लेकर कंडोलिया जाने वाली रोड़ में पहले भी कई दुर्घटनायें हो चुकी है,युवा कांग्रेस नेता अंकित सुन्द्रियाल ने बताया कि जब भी मुख्यमंत्री या अन्य किसी मंत्री का दौरा पौड़ी में होता है, तो रातो रात गड्डे भर दिए जाते है लेकिन आज कल पौड़ी क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आने वाली रोड़े जिनका डामरीकरण पूरी तरह उखड़ चुका है, उसमें लोकनिर्माण विभाग गड्ढे भरने को तैयार नही है,रोड़ में अच्छी गुणवत्ता का काम न होने के कारण हर साल रोड़ गड्डों में तब्दील हो जाती है और बरसात होने पर बड़े बड़े तालाब नजर आते है तो वही दीपक नौटियाल ने कहा कि आज कल बरसात के मौसम में रोड की हालत और भी बदतर हो रही है दुपहिया वाहन वालो के लिए खतरे से खाली नही है युवा कांग्रेस के द्वारा कहा गया कि अगर शीघ्र ही इस पर कार्यवाही नही होती है तो हमे लोकनिर्माण विभाग कार्यलय के बाहर आंदोलन के लिए बाध्य होना पड़ेगा। इस पूरे मामले में अधिशासी अभियंता का कहना है कि इन सड़कों के लिए टेंडर प्रक्रिया जारी है जैसे ही यह प्रक्रिया पूरी होती है वैसे ही सभी रोड़ों को ठीक कर दिया जाएगा। उम्मीद लगाए जाने चाहिए कि आने वाले समय में घात लगाई इन सड़कों में कुछ सुधार देखने को मिलेगा।
