कालाढूंगी: क्षेत्र में कच्ची शराब की तस्करी लगातार जारी है। पुलिस की तमाम सख्ती के बाद भी शराब तस्करों के हौसले बुलंद हैं। बैलपड़ाव चौकी क्षेत्र में पुलिस ने देर रात दो शराब तस्करों को मोटरसाइकिल सहित 123 पाउच कच्ची शराब के साथ गिरफ्तार किया है। दोनों को जेल भेज दिया गया है। नशे के विरुद्ध चलाए जा रहे अभियान के अंतर्गत थानाध्यक्ष दिनेश नाथ महंत ने गुरुद्वारे के पास परमजीत और बलवीर को 123 पाउच कच्ची शराब के साथ गिरफ्तार किया है। दोनों ग्राम बरहैनी कुकरेटा बाजपुर के निवासी हैं। पुलिस ने इनकी मोटरसाइकिल भी जब्त कर ली है। कालाढूंगी के कोतवाल दिनेश नाथ महंत ने बताया कि नशे का कारोबार करने वालों पर ठोस कार्रवाई की जाएगी। पुलिस लगातार तस्करों को पकड़ने के लिए कॉम्बिंग कर रही है। कोतवाल ने बताया कि पकड़े गए आरोपियों को जेल भेज दिया गया है। आगे भी नशे के खिलाफ पुलिस का अभियान जारी रहेगा।
