अतिक्रमण हटाने गई प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों और दुकानदारों के बीच हुई कहासुनी
रुड़की : क्षेत्र के पिरान कलियर हज हाउस मार्ग स्थित चार दुकानों से कब्जा मुक्त कराने पहुंची तहसील प्रशासन ने दो दुकानों को खाली कराया। जबकि दो दुकानों पर कब्जे को लेकर मंगलवार तक यथास्थिति बनाए रखने के निर्देश दिए। करीब दो घंटे चली इस कार्रवाई में एक दुकान के टीनशेड जेसीबी से तोड़े गए। दरगाह पिरान कलियर हज हाउस मार्ग स्थित दरगाह की चार अस्थाई दुकानों से कब्जा मुक्त कराने के लिए अपर तहसीलदार की टीम घटना स्थल पर पहुंची। इस दौरान काफी देर तक अतिक्रमणकारियों और प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों के बीच कहासुनी होती रही. अतिक्रमणकारियों ने दुकान से संबंधित कागज दिखाने चाहे। लेकिन अपर तहसीलदार ने ज्वाइंट मजिस्ट्रेट के आदेश का हवाला देते हुए चारों दुकानों को खाली करा दिया. एक दुकान पर जेसीबी भी चलायी गई। तकरीबन दो घंटे बाद मंगलवार तक यथास्थिति बनाए रखने के निर्देश देते हुए टीम वापस लौट गयी।
अपर तहसीलदार कृष्णानन्द पंत ने बताया कि ज्वाइंट मजिस्ट्रेट के निर्देश पर दुकानों से कब्जा मुक्त कराने के लिए टीम आई थी। दुकानों को खाली कराया गया है। दुकानदार अपना पक्ष रखने पर अड़े थे। इसीलिए मंगलवार तक यथास्थिति बनाए रखने के निर्देश देते हुए उनका पक्ष रुड़की ज्वाइंट मजिस्ट्रेट के समक्ष रखने की बात कही गई है।
