दरगाह की चार दुकानों को तहसील प्रशासन की टीम ने कब्जामुक्त कराते हुए नियमानुसार दुकानें लेने वालों के सुपुर्द की है, सोमवार को भी तहसील की टीम उक्त दुकानों को कब्जामुक्त कराने पहुँची थी लेकिन कब्जाधारियों की ओर कोर्ट का हवाला देते हुए एक दिन का समय ले लिया गया था, कब्जाधारियों द्वारा कोर्ट का कोई आदेश ना दिखाने पर रुड़की ज्वाइंट मजिस्ट्रेट के आदेश पर चारो दुकानों को कब्जामुक्त करा दिया गया है। इसके साथ ही दरगाह प्रशासन द्वारा एलॉट व्यक्तियों को कब्जा दिलवाया गया है। पिरान कलियर हज हाउस मार्ग स्थित दरगाह की टीनशेड वाली चार दुकानों को टेंडर प्रक्रिया के तहत छोड़ी गई थी, उन्ही दुकाने के पक्ष में आकर नगरपंचायत पिरान कलियर अपना दावा ठोक रही थी और इस मामले में मान्य न्यायालय का दरवाजा खटखटाया गया था, लंबे समय के बाद रुड़की ज्वाइंट मजिस्ट्रेट के आदेश पर रुड़की अपर तहसीलदार के नेतृत्व में टीम उक्त दुकाने से कब्जा मुक्त कराने पहुँची तो कब्जाधारियों ने इसका विरोध करते हुए न्यायालय के आदेशों का हवाला दिया जिसपर रुड़की ज्वाइंट मजिस्ट्रेट ने एक दिन का समय देते हुए आदेश दिखाने की बात कही, लेकिन कब्जाधारी वर्तमान का कोई ऐसा आदेश नही दिखा पाए, जिसके चलते आज तहसील प्रशासन की टीम ने उक्त चारो दुकानों को खाली कराते हुए टेंडर प्रक्रिया के तहत दुकानें लेने वालों के सुपुर्द कर दी। अपर तहसीलदार कृष्णा नन्द पंत ने बताया रुड़की ज्वाइंट मजिस्ट्रेट के आदेश पर चारो दुकानों को कब्जामुक्त कराते हुए द्वित्तीय पक्ष को कब्जा दिलवा दिया गया है। उन्होंने बताया दरगाह की ये दुकानें है और दरगाह प्रशासन द्वारा पूर्व में इन दुकानों को टेंडर प्रक्रिया के तहत छोड़ा था, लेकिन पूर्व से ही कब्जाधारियों का इन दुकानों पर कब्जा था जिसे आज कब्जामुक्त कराते हुए द्वित्तीय पक्ष को कब्जा दिला दिया गया है।
