नैनीताल हाई कोर्ट में यूपी के विधायक अमनमणि त्रिपाठी सहित अन्य लोगो को लॉकडाउन के दौरान उत्तराखण्ड सरकार द्वारा बद्रीनाथ व केदारनाथ जाने के लिये जारी किये गये स्पेशल पास के खिलाफ दायर जनहित याचिका पर आज सुनवाई हुई। सुनवाई करते हुए कोर्ट ने मुख्य सचिव व डीजीपी को 30 जुलाई तक याचिकर्ता के द्वारा पूर्व में दिए गए प्रत्यावेदन को निरस्तरित करने के लिए निर्देश देते हुए खण्डपीठ ने जनहित याचिका निस्तारित कर दी है। मामले की सुनवाई न्यायमूर्ति रविकुमार मलिमथ व न्यायमूर्ति एनएस धनिक की खंडपीठ में हुई। बता दें पूर्व में कोर्ट की खण्डपीठ ने सरकार से पूछा था कि आखिर किन परिस्तिथियों में इनको स्पेशल पास जारी किया गया जबकि भारत सरकार की तरफ से राज्यों को लॉकडाउन का पूर्ण पालन कराने विस्तृत गाइड लाइन जारी की गई थी।
