मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने राज्य में ग्रोथ सेंटरों के आउटपुट का आंकलन करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यह भी देखा जाए कि संचालित ग्रोथ सेंटरों से संबंधित क्षेत्रवासियों की आय में कितनी बढोतरी हुई है। ग्रोथ सेंटरो के उत्पादों की क्वालिटी और मार्केटिंग सुनिश्चित की जाए। ऑनलाइन मार्केटिंग पर भी ध्यान दिया जाए। इनकी ब्रांडिंग पर विशेष ध्यान दिये जाने की आवश्यकता है। एग्रीबिजनेस से जुङे ग्रोथ सेंटरों को माइक्रो फूड प्रोसेसिंग से भी जोङा जा सकता है। शुक्रवार को मुख्यमंत्री ने सचिवालय स्थित वीर चंद्र सिंह गढ़वाली सभागार में उद्योग विभाग के अंतर्गत ग्रोथ सेंटर योजना की समीक्षा की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ग्रोथ सेंटर में तैयार किए जा रहे उत्पाद इतनी मात्रा में बनाए जाएं कि खरीददार वहां आकर इन उत्पादों को खरीदें। इससे किसानों और ग्रामीणों को अपने उत्पादों की अच्छी कीमत मिल सकेगी। एमएसएमई विभाग एक वेबसाईट तैयार करे जहां सभी ग्रोथ सेंटरों में बनाए जा रहे उत्पादों की जानकारी आॅनलाईन उपलब्ध हो सके। प्रधानमंत्री जी ने वोकल फोर लोकल का आह्वान किया है। ग्रोथ सेंटर की परिकल्पना भी इसी सोच पर आधारित है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ग्रोथ सेंटरों के उत्पादों के लिए बेकवर्ड और फारवर्ड लिंकेज पर सबसे अधिक ध्यान दिया जाए। सरकारी विभाग भी यहां तैयार किए जाने वाले उत्पादों को प्राथमिकता दे सकते हैं। एलईडी ग्रोथ सेंटरों को डिजायनर उपलब्ध कराए जाएं ताकि वहां स्वतंत्रता दिवस, दीपावली आदि अवसरों पर सजावट के लिए विभिन्न डिजाईनों में लाईट तैयार की जा सकें। सभी ग्रोथ सेंटर को एक समान कलर कल्चर दिया जाए ताकि दूर से ही उन्हें पहचाना जा सके।
बैठक में बताया गया कि हर न्याय पंचायत स्तर पर ग्रोथ सेंटर स्थापित किए जाने हैं। 96 ग्रोथ सेंटर स्वीकृत किए जा चुके हैं। इनमें डेयरी विकास में 4, एकीकृत आजीविका सहयोग परियोजना में 25, उत्तराखण्ड भेड़ एवं ऊन विकास बोर्ड में 10, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विकास एजेंसी में 2, एनआरएलएम में 9, जलागम में 7, मत्स्य में 11, उत्तराखण्ड खादी एवं ग्रामोद्योग बोर्ड में 3 और जनपदों के अंतर्गत 25 ग्रेाथ सेंटर स्वीकृत किए गए हैं। यूएनडीपी के माध्यम से फार्म और नाॅन फार्म एग्री बिजनेस की 12 वैल्यू चैन तैयार कर विभागों के साथ साझा की गई है। जनपदवार देखा जाए तो पिथौरागढ़ में 10, बागेश्वर में 9, अल्मोडा में 8, चम्पावत में 3, नैनीताल में 7, ऊधमसिंहनगर में 6, चमोली में 19, रूद्रप्रयाग में 5, उत्तरकाशी में 7, टिहरी में 8, पौड़ी में 5, देहरादून में 6 और हरिद्वार में 3 ग्रोथ सेंटर स्वीकृत किए जा चुके हैं। सभी स्वीकृत ग्रोथ सेंटर का कुल बजट 39 करोड़ 62 लाख रूपए है।
बैठक में अपर मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती मनीषा पंवार, प्रमुख सचिव श्री आनंदबर्द्धन, सचिव श्री एल फैनई, श्री आर मीनाक्षी सुंदरम, श्रीमती सौजन्या सहित अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
