रास्ते के विवाद को लेकर खनन ठेकेदार वा ग्रामीण आमने-सामने
कोटद्वार: भाबर इलाके के सिगड़ी स्रोत में खनन पट्टे को लेकर ठेकेदार और ग्रामीण आमने-सामने आ गए हैं. खनन से जुड़े ठेकेदार ग्रामीणों और वन पंचायत की जमीन पर रास्ता बना रहे थे, जिसका स्थानीय ग्रामीण विरोध कर रहे हैं.
जिला प्रशासन ने भाबर क्षेत्र के सिगड़ी स्रोत में रिवर चैनलाइजेशन के तहत सफाई के लिए पट्टा आवंटन किया है. जिसके बाद कार्यदायी संस्था के ठेकेदारों ने निर्माण कार्य शुरू कर दिया है. ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि ठेकेदार वन पंचायत और स्थानीय लोगों की जमीन पर रास्त बनाने लगे. जिसका ग्रामीणों ने विरोध करते हुए कार्य को रुकवा दिया। ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि ठेकेदार उनके खेतों में रास्ता बनाकर डंपर ले जाना चाह रहे हैं, ऐसे में पूरे खेत में बजरी फैल जाएगी. जिसकी वजह से फसल बर्बाद हो जाएगी. ऐसे में प्रशासन से मांग है कि सिगड़ी स्रोत में हो रह खनन के लिए किसी अन्य रास्ते का प्रयोग किया जाए. वहीं, पार्षद जगदीश मेहरा का कहना है कि सिगड़ी स्रोत में चैनलाइजेशन का काम हो रहा है. काम से जुड़े ठेकेदार रास्ते को लेकर विवाद कर रहे हैं. मेरा खनन ठेकेदारों से कहना है कि जिन ग्रामीणों का खेत है, उनको विश्वास में लेकर ही रास्ते का निर्माण होना चाहिए. पूरे मामले की शिकायत पटवारी से की गई है, लेकिन प्रशासन पूरे मामले में उदासीन बना हुआ है.
