पूरे प्रदेश में आज सुबह से अचानक मौसम ने करवट बदल ली है आंधी तूफान के साथ आसमान में काले बादल छा जाने से चारों तरफ घोर अंधेरा हो गया है लोग दिन में भी गाड़ियों की लाइटें जलाकर सड़कों पर चलते दिखाई दे रहे हैं काले बादलों के साथ बारिश भी शुरू हो गई है चारों तरफ घनघोर अंधेरा छा गया है, वहीं मौसम विभाग ने उत्तराखंड में तेज बारिश और ओलावृष्टि की चेतावनी दी है।
