मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने मुख्यमंत्री आवास में एसपी क्राइम देहरादून लोकजीत सिंह द्वारा लिखित गीत *जज्बा* का विमोचन किया। यह गीत प्रसिद्ध गायक जुबिन नौटियाल ने गाया है, जबकि अक्षय एवं राहुल इस गीत के एडिटर हैं।
कोविड-19 में उत्तराखंड पुलिस किस तरह लोगों को कोरोना से बचाव के लिए प्रयास कर रही है एवं जरूरतमंदो की हरसंभव सहयोग कर रही है। कोरोना संक्रमण में पुलिस रात – दिन अपनी ड्यूटी के फर्ज के साथ ही सेवा भाव से कार्य कर रही है, यह इस गीत के माध्यम से दिखाया गया है। गीत में प्रत्येक पुलिसकर्मी की फ़र्ज़ के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता को दिखाया गया है।
