हर महीने की 21 तारीख को विधानसभा में होगा योग
देहरादून में 21 मई से उत्तराखंड विधानसभा में प्रत्येक माह की 21 तारीख को विधानसभा के कार्मिको को विधिवत योग की कक्षा संचालित होती है। आज उत्तराखंड विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्री प्रेम चंद अग्रवाल ने न केवल स्वयं योग अभ्यास में प्रतिभाग किया बल्कि योग की विभिन्न क्रियाएं विधानसभा के कर्मियों को भी सिखाई।
अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस 21 जून 2018 से विधानसभा में प्रारंभ हुए योगाभ्यास के 2 वर्ष पूरे होने पर आज उत्तराखंड विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्री प्रेम चंद अग्रवाल जी ने सभी अधिकारी, कर्मचारियों को शुभकामनाएं दी।
सोशल डिस्टन्सिंग का पालन करते हुए विधानसभा भवन के योगकक्ष में योगाभ्यास में प्रतिभाग करते हुए श्री अग्रवाल ने कहा है कि कोरोना वायरस का खतरा उन्हीं लोगों को अधिक प्रभावित कर रहा है जिनकी रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता कम है।श्री अग्रवाल ने कहा कि हम नियमित योग के माध्यम से अपनी आंतरिक शक्ति को जागृत करते हुए अपनी रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाए ताकि कोरोना वायरस की महामारी से बचा जा सके। इस दौरान प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल ने कहा है कि योग मेरे नियमित दिनचर्या का हिस्सा है उन्होंने विधानसभा के अधिकारी कर्मचारियों को भी नियमित योग करने की सलाह दी। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रत्येक माह विधानसभा में जो योगासन का अभ्यास किया जाता है यह सांकेतिक मात्र है ताकि योगाभ्यास करने की आदत बनी रहे। उन्होंने कहा है कि योग करने से व्यक्ति के अंदर ऊर्जा एवं स्फूर्ति का संचार होता है इसे नियमित किया जाना चाहिए ।
