गैरसैण बनी उत्तराखंड की ग्रीष्मकालीन राजधानी, अधिसूचना हुई जारी
देहरादून:भराड़ीसैण (गैरसैण) को प्रदेश की ग्रीष्मकालीन राजधानी घोषित किए जाने की अधिसूचना जारी कर दी गई है। मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने इस पर प्रसन्नता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि भराड़ीसैण को आदर्श पर्वतीय राजधानी का रूप दिया जाएगा। आने वाले समय में भराड़ीसैण सबसे सुन्दर राजधानी के रूप में अपनी पहचान बनाएगी।
भराड़ीसैण (गैरसैण) को ग्रीष्मकालीन राजधानी बनाने के लिए 4 मार्च 2020 को की गई घोषणा सवा करोड़ उत्तराखंडवासियों की भावनाओं का सम्मान है। अब अधिसूचना लागू करने से भराड़ीसैण, गैरसैण आधिकारिक रूप से ग्रीष्मकालीन राजधानी हो गई है। मुुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि 2017 के विजन डाक्यूमेंट में गैरसैण को ग्रीष्मकालीन राजधानी बनाने की बात कही गई थी। क्षेत्र में बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास के लिए कार्ययोजना तैयार की जा रही है। इसमें प्लानर और विशेषज्ञों की राय भी ली जा रही है।
भराड़ीसैण (गैरसैण) में राजधानी के अनुरूप वहां आवश्यक इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर का विकास किया जा रहा है। बड़े स्तर पर फाइलें न ले जानी पड़ी, इसके लिए ई-विधानसभा पर कार्य किया जा रहा है। इससे पेपरलैस कार्यसंस्कृति को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। पेयजल की सुचारू आपूर्ति के लिए रामगंगा पर चैरड़ा झील का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। इसके बनने के बाद भराड़ीसैण, गैरसैण और आसपास के क्षेत्र में ग्रेविटी पर जल उपलब्ध हो सकेगा।
गैरसैण की कनेक्टीवीटी पर भी काम किया जा रहा है। भराड़ीसैण, गैरसैण को जोड़ने वाली सड़कों को आवश्यकतानुसार चैड़ा किया जाएगा। ऋषिकेश-कर्णप्रयाग रेल प्रोजेक्ट पर तेजी से काम चल रहा है। इसके पूरा होने पर रेल गैरसैण के काफी निकट तक पहुंच जाएगी।अधिसूचना हुई जारीगैरसैण बनी उत्तराखंड की ग्रीष्मकालीन राजधानी सीएम त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने कहा सबसे सुंदर राजधानी के तौर पर अपनी पहचान बनायेगा गैरसैंण
