सेटेलाइट फोन मिलने से ग्रामीणों के खिले चेहरे
धारचूला-सीमांत के दुर्गम आपदा प्रभावित दारमा,चौदास वैली के साथ ही संचार विहीन 34 ग्राम सभा के लिए सेटेलाइट फोनों का आज जिलाधिकारी अनिल कुमार शुक्ला द्वारा ब्लॉक सभागार में वितरण किया गया। फोन मिलने से ग्रामीणों के चेहरों पर खुशी तो दिखी पर साथ ही पर मिनट ₹12 आउटगोइंग और इनकमिंग तय दरो को लेकर निराशा भी दिखी।दुग्तु के ग्राम प्रधान वीरेंद्र दुग्ताल ने कहा कि सरकार के द्वारा सेटेलाइट फोन किए जाने पर आभार व्यक्त करते हैं लेकिन साथ में क्षेत्रीय जनता की आर्थिक स्थिति को ध्यान में रखते हुए सरकार से मांग करते हैं कि कॉल दरों को और सस्ता किया जाए। आपदा काल में फोन मिलने से लाभ तो जरूर होगा लेकिन ग्रामीणों के लिए इसका खर्चा उठा पाना मुश्किल होगा साथ ही प्रतिमाह 1700 का रिचार्ज करने पर ही फोन सेवा बैलेट रहेगी जो कि काफी महंगा है सरकार को इस और भी ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है। उप जिलाधिकारी अनिल कुमार शुक्ला ने बताया कि आज 18 ग्राम सभाओं को फोन वितरित कर दिया गया है शेष चिन्हित लोगों के पहुंचने पर उनको भी फोन दे दिए जाएंगे। अब भारत चीन सीमा से स्टे सीमावर्ती गाव के ग्राम वासी नेपाली सिम का प्रयोग नही करेगे
