नगर निगम के पार्षदों को अब तक नहीं जारी हुआ टेंडर
रुड़की: पिछले दिनों नगर निगम के पार्षदों ने टेंडर जारी करने को लेकर नगर आयुक्त को शिकायत पत्र सौंपा था. जिसके बाद नगर निगम ने आनन-फानन में शहर के करीब 3 करोड़ के छोटे-बड़े 100 से अधिक कामों के लिए टेंडर जारी किए हैं. लेकिन अब सबसे बड़ा सवाल ये है कि बारिश का सीजन शुरू होने में कुछ ही समय शेष है, ऐसे में सड़कों की मरम्मत और हॉट मिक्सिंग का कार्य कैसे किया जाएगा? जिसमें गुणवत्ता को लेकर सवाल खड़े हो सकते हैं रुड़की नगर निगम के सहायक नगर आयुक्त चंद्रकांत भट्ट का कहना है कि कार्यों की गुणवत्ता और बारिश शुरू होने से पहले कार्य पूरे किए जाएंगे. लेकिन इसमें ठेकेदार की जिम्मेदारी भी सुनिश्चित की गई है. एक साल तक कार्यों का रख-रखाव रहेगा. इसलिए उसका 10 फीसदी बजट रोका जाता है. अब देखने वाली बात ये है कि क्या नगर निगम समय रहते हुए कार्यों को पूरा करवा पाएगा. जबकि 100 से अधिक कार्य शहर में होने हैं
