कोविड-19 की टेस्टिंग बढ़ाने के लिए 3 हाईटेक टेस्टिंग मशीन के लिए धनराशि सरकार ने की स्वीकृत, इन जिलों के लोगों को मिलेगा लाभ
मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने कोविड-19 के दृष्टिगत प्रदेश में कोविड टेस्टिंग बढ़ाने के लिये दून, हल्द्वानी व श्रीनगर मेडिकल कालेज के लिये 3 हाईटेक टेस्टिंग मशीन क्रय करने के लिये 11.25 करोड़ की धनराशि स्वीकृत की है। यह धनराशि राज्य आपदा मोचन निधि से स्वीकृत की गई है। क्रय की जाने वाली इन हाईटेक मशीनों की टेस्टिंग क्षमता 800 प्रति दिन है। इस प्रकार इससे 2400 टेस्टिंग प्रतिदिन हो सकेगी। अभी तक इन मेडिकल कालेजों में स्थापित मशीनों की टेस्टिंग क्षमता कम थी। इसके अतिरिक्त प्रदेश से 50 से 100 सेम्पल जांच के लिए चण्डीगढ़ की इम्पेक्ट लेब में भेजे जा रहे हैं। जबकि नई दिल्ली स्थित एनसीडीसी लेब में हरिद्वार से 300, उधमसिंह नगर से 300 तथा नैनीताल से 100 सेम्पल जांच के लिए भेजे जा रहे हैं। जबकि लगभग 50 टेस्ट आई.आई.पी की टेस्टिंग लेब में किये जा रहे हैं। जनपद स्तर पर भी जांच की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने के लिए 7 स्थानों पर टू नाट मशीन स्थापित की गई है। इनमें से चार ने कार्य आरम्भ कर दिया है जबकि 11 मशीनों की और व्यवस्था की जा रही है। प्रभारी सचिव स्वास्थ्य डॉ. पंकज कुमार पाण्डेय ने बताया कि राज्य के इन तीन मेडिकल कालेजों में हाइटेक मशीनों की स्थापना एवं टू नाट मशीनों की जनपद स्तर पर स्थापना से राज्य में कोरोना की जांच में तेजी आयेगी। सचिव स्वास्थ्य श्री अमित नेगी ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि राजकीय संयुक्त चिकित्सालय रामनगर एवं सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र भिकियासैंण का कार्य पीपीपी मोड पर संचालित होने से इन चिकित्सालयों में कार्यरत 17 चिकित्सक राज्य को मिल गये हैं। इसमें 7 विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सक भी शामिल है। इन चिकित्सकों की तैनाती उन अस्पतालों में की जायेगी जहां चिकित्सकों की कमी है। ये दोनों चिकित्सालय विश्व बैंक परियोजना के तहत पीपीपी मोड पर संचालित हो रहे हैं।
