कोरोना काल में ऋषिकेश एम्स अस्पताल में बंद पड़ी ओपीडी सेवाएं फिर से हो रही शुरू, मरीजों को मिलेगी राहत
अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान, एम्स ऋषिकेश में लॉकडाउन के दौरान स्थगित की गई मनोरोग विभाग की जनरल ओपीडी सेवाएं फिर से शुरू कर दी गई हैं। साथ ही संस्थान में अन्य विभागों की ओपीडी शीघ्र शुरू करने को लेकर तैयारियां की जा रही हैं।
एम्स ऋषिकेश में जनरल ओपीडी सेवाओं की विभागवार सेवाएं शुरू होने लगी हैं। जिसके तहत प्रथम चरण में मनोरोग विभाग की ओपीडी आम मरीजों के लिए सुचारू की जा चुकी है। जिसमें अलग-अलग दिनों में अलग अलग चिकित्सक मरीजों की सेवा के लिए ओपीडी में उपलब्ध रहेंगे। नई व्यवस्था के तहत मनोरोग विभाग में चिकित्सा के लिए आने वाले मरीजों को इसके लिए पहले कोविड स्क्रीनिंग की प्रक्रिया से गुजरना होगा। मनोरोग विभाग के प्रमुख डा. रवि गुप्ता ने बताया कि वह स्वयं मंगलवार को जनरल ओपीडी में मरीजों का परीक्षण करेंगे, जबकि बुधवार को डा. आनिन्द्य दास व विजय कृष्णनन, बृहस्पतिवार को डा. अनिरुद्ध वासु व शुक्रवार को डा. जितेन्द्र रोहिला ओपीडी में उपलब्ध रहेंगे।
डा. गुप्ता के अनुसार अगली व्यवस्था तक सोमवार और शनिवार के दिन मनोरोग विभाग की ओपीडी सेवाएं स्थगित रखी गई हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि मरीजों को अपने ओपीडी पंजीकरण के लिए लंबी लाइनों में इंतजार नहीं करना पड़े, इसके लिए संस्थान द्वारा ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन सुविधा उपलब्ध करा दी गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि जनरल ओपीडी में आने वाले मरीज आवश्यकता पड़ने पर संस्थान द्वारा शुरू की गई टेलीमेडिसिन वर्चुअल ओपीडी सुविधा के तहत भी चिकित्सीय परामर्श ले सकते हैं। सामान्य मनोरोग की समस्या से ग्रसित मरीज प्रत्येक दिन सुबह 9 बजे से अपराह्न 2 बजे तक मोबाइल नंबर- 9084976174 पर परामर्श ले सकते हैं जबकि निद्रा रोगी प्रत्येक सोमवार और बृहस्पतिवार को मोबाइल नंबर- 7302247874 पर अपराह्न 2 से 4 बजे तक संपर्क कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा नशा मुक्ति परामर्श के लिए मरीज मोबाइल नंबर- 7456897874 सोमवार से शुक्रवार तक सुबह 9 से शाम 5 बजे तक और शनिवार को सुबह 9 से अपराह्न 2 बजे तक चिकित्सकीय परामर्श ले सकते हैं।
