उत्तराखंड के राज्य कर्मचारियों के वेतन में हो रही कटौती का मामला पहुंचा नैनीताल हाईकोर्ट
कोरोना संक्रमण के दौरान उत्तराखंड के राज्य कर्मचारियों के वेतन में हो रही कटौती का मामला नैनीताल हाईकोर्ट की शरण में पहुंच गया है, मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए नैनीताल हाईकोर्ट के वरिष्ठ न्यायाधीश सुधांशु धूलिया की एकल पीठ ने राज्य सरकार को जवाब पेश करने के आदेश दिए हैं। आपको बता दें कि देहरादून निवासी दीपक बेनीवाल व अन्य ने नैनीताल हाई कोर्ट में याचिका दायर कर कहा है कि कोविड-19 संक्रमण के चलते उत्तराखंड सरकार के द्वारा प्रदेश के विभिन्न सरकारी, शासकीय सहायक प्राप्त शिक्षण संस्थान, प्राविधिक शिक्षण संस्थान, निगम, निकायों, सार्वजनिक उपक्रम और स्वायत्तशासी संस्थाओं के कर्मचारियों का वेतन में से 1 साल तक 1 दिन के वेतन की कटौती कर मुख्यमंत्री राहत कोष में जमा करवाने का शासनादेश जारी किया है जो गलत है लिहाजा सरकार के इस शासनादेश पर रोक लगाई जाए क्योंकि वेतन कर्मचारियों की निजी संपत्ति है और सरकार इस पर कटौती नहीं कर सकती,, मामले में सुनवाई के बाद न्यायधीश सुधांशु धूलिया की एकल पीठ ने राज्य सरकार से पूछा है कि आखिर सरकार के द्वारा किस अधिकार से राज्य कर्मचारी के वेतन में कटौती की जा रही है अब मामले में 26 जून यानी कल एक बार फिर से सुनवाई होगी और सरकार अपना जवाब कोर्ट में पेश करेगी।
