बाबा रामदेव द्वारा बनाई गई कोरोनिल दवा के मामले में अब 1 जुलाई को हाईकोर्ट में होगी सुनवाई
नैनीताल हाईकोर्ट ने बाबा रामदेव द्वारा कोरोना वायरस से निजात दिलाने की दवा कोरोनील को लांच किए जाने के खिलाफ हाइकोर्ट के अधिवक्ता मणि कुमार की ओर से दायर जनहित याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए असीसीटेंट सॉलिसिटर जनरल आफ इंडिया को नोटिस जारी कर अगली सुनवाई बुधवार 1 जुलाई की तिथि नीयत की है। मामले की सुनवाई मुख्य न्यायधीश रमेश रंगनाथन व न्यायमूर्ति आरसी खुल्बे की खंडपीठ में हुई। याचिकर्ता ने अपनी जनहित याचिका में कहा है कि बाबा रामदेव व उनके सहयोगी आचार्य बालकृष्ण ने पिछले मंगलवार को हरिद्वार में कोरोना वायरस से निजात दिलाने के लिए पतंजलि योगपीठ के दिव्य फॉर्मेशी कम्पनी द्वारा निर्मित कोरोनिल दवा को लांच किया।
याचिकर्ता का कहना है बाबा रामदेव कि
1 – दवा कम्पनी ने आईसीएमआर द्वारा जारी गाइड लाइनों का पालन नही किया ।
2- आयुष मंत्रालय भारत सरकार की अनुमति नही ली।
3- आयुष विभाग उत्तराखंड से कोरोना की दवा बनाने हेतु आवेदन नही किया । जो आवेदन किया था वह रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता बढ़ाने हेतु किया गया था जिसकी आड़ में बाबा रामदवेव ने कोरोनिल दवा का निर्माण किया।
4- कम्पनी द्वारा निम्स विश्विद्यालय राजस्थान द्वारा दवा का परीक्षण होना बताया गया जबकि निम्स का कहना है कि उन्होंने ऐसी किसी भी दवा का क्लिनिकल परीक्षण नही किया। याचिकाकर्ता ने दवा को इन चार विन्दुओं के आधार पर चुनौती दी है। उनका यह भी कहना है कि बाबा लोगो मे अपनी इस दवा का भ्रामक प्रचार प्रसार कर रहे है ये दवा न ही आईसीएमआर से प्रमाणित है न ही इनके पास इसे बनाने का लाइसेंस है । इस दवा का अभी तक क्लिनिकल परीक्षण तक नही किया गया इसके उपयोग से शरीर मे क्या साइडइफेक्ट होंगे इसका कोई इतिहास नही है इसलिए दवा पर पूर्णरोक लगाई जाए और आईसीएमआर द्वारा जारी गाइड लाइनों के आधार पर भ्रामक प्रचार हेतु कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाय।
