कोटद्वार: शहर में इन दिनों एक ट्रैफिक इंचार्ज गरीबों का मसीहा बना हुआ है. ट्रैफिक इंचार्ज कभी लॉकडाउन में बीमार लोगों के लिए दूरदराज से अपने खर्चे पर दवाइयां मंगवाकर जरूरतमंदों के घर पहुंचा रहा है, तो कभी बीमार लोगों के घर तक राशन पहुंचा रहा है. जरूरत में लोगों की मदद कर कोटद्वार का ये ट्रैफिक इंचार्ज मित्र पुलिस के अर्थ को सार्थक कर रहा है। कोटद्वार कोतवाली क्षेत्र के ट्रैफिक इंचार्ज कृपाल सिंह की चर्चाएं कोटद्वार ही नहीं बल्कि जिले के दूरदराज के गांवों तक में हो रही है. कोरोना महामारी के दौरान लॉकडाउन के प्रथम चरण से लेकर अब तक ट्रैफिक इंचार्ज की तैनाती कौड़िया चेक पोस्ट पर रही. इस दौरान कृपाल सिंह ने कई मजबूर और बेसहारा लोगों की मदद की। कृपाल सिंह ने कई लोगों तक दवाइयां पहुंचाई तो कई लोगों को उनके परिवार से भी मिलवाया।एक बार फिर से ट्रैफिक इंचार्ज कृपाल सिंह ने नजीबाबाद रोड के पास रहने वाली एक बीमार महिला के घर राशन और जरूरी सामान पहुंचाया. महिला ने बताया कि पिछले 2 सालों से वह बीमार है. ऐसे में कृपाल सिंह द्वारा की गई मदद और सेवा उसके के लिए किसी भगवान से कम नहीं है। कृपाल सिंह ने बताया कि एक महिला काफी लंबे समय से बीमार है। जैसे ही उन्हें मामले का पता चला वे उनके घर गये. उन्होंने बताया कि महिला के 2 बच्चे हैं। महिला किराए के मकान में रहती है। महिला ने पिछले चार सालों से किराया भी नहीं दिया है। जिसके बाद उन्होंने महिला की मदद करने की बीड़ा उठाया।
