हरिद्वार: शहर में चल रही विकास योजनाओं को लेकर शहरी विकास मंत्री मदन कौशिक ने हरिद्वार नगर निगम में सभी पार्षदों और अधिकारियों की बैठक ली। बैठक में सभी पार्षदों ने अपने-अपने वार्डों की समस्याओं से मंत्री को अवगत कराया। इस दौरान मंत्री ने अधिकारियों से भी सवाल-जवाब किए। लेकिन अधिकारियों द्वारा संतुष्टजनक जवाब नहीं दिया गया. जिसके बाद मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को फटकार लगाई और सभी समस्याओं को दस दिन में दूर करने का आदेश दिया। मंत्री ने हरिद्वार में पानी, सीवर, घरेलू गैस और भूमिगत विद्युत लाइन के लिए विभागों द्वारा गली मोहल्लों में खोदे गए गड्ढों को समय पर नहीं भरने पर भी सख्त रुख दिखाया. मंत्री ने साफ तौर से हरिद्वार जिलाधिकारी को निर्देश दिया कि गड्ढों में यदि कोई भी व्यक्ति गिरकर चोटिल होता है तो तत्काल संबंधित ठेकेदार और विभाग के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर कार्रवाई की जाए। हरिद्वार नगर निगम क्षेत्र में पिछले कई महीनो से पानी-बिजली और घरेलू गैस की लाइन डालने का काम चल रहा है। लाइन डालने के लिए सड़क किनारे गड्ढे खोदे गए हैं, जिन्हें भरा नहीं गया है, जो आए दिन हादसों को दावत देते रहते है। इन गड्ढों की वजह से कई लोग चोटिल भी हो चुके है। मंत्री ने कहा कि हरिद्वार क्षेत्र में जितने भी विकास कार्य चल रहे है इन कार्यों को समय से पूरा करने के लिए अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया है. जिलाधिकारी को निर्देश दिए गए हैं अगर कोई भी गड्ढे में गिर कर चोटिल होता है तो जिस विभाग द्वारा उस कार्य को किया होगा उसके खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाए।
