उद्यान विभाग की कोशिश ला रही रंग, पॉलीहाउस को लगाकर शब्दों का किया जा रहा उत्पादन
पौड़ी: उद्यान विभाग की ओर से किसानों को लाभ पहुंचाने के लिए खांडयूसैंड में एक राजकीय प्रजनन उद्यान बनाया गया है। यहां पर पॉलीहाउस को लगाकर सब्जियों का उत्पादन किया जा रहा है. साथ ही फूलों की खेती, सेब व अखरोट आदि फलों की ग्राफ्टिंग कर किसानों को मुहैया करवाई जा रही है। जो कि काश्तकारों की आय में वृद्धि करने में मदद करेगा। बीते ढाई सालों में उद्यान विभाग और स्थानीय लोगों की मदद से संरक्षित खेती की जा रही है. इस मॉडल की मदद से किसान कृषि, बागवानी के बारे में जानकारी मिल रही है. विभागीय अधिकारियों का कहना है कि यह मॉडल किसानों के लिए प्रेरणा बन रहा है. ताकि उनकी आय में दोगुनी वृद्धि हो सके। बागवानी क्षेत्र में काम करने वाले काश्तकारों के लिए उद्यान विभाग पौड़ी की ओर से एक बेहतरीन मॉडल तैयार किया गया है. मुख्य उद्यान अधिकारी डॉ. नरेंद्र कुमार ने बताया कि पौड़ी के खांडयूसैंड के समीप उनकी ओर से 2018 में 2 हेक्टेयर भूमि पर संरक्षित खेती की शुरूआत की गयी थी। इस मॉडल के तहत स्थानीय लोगों को रोजगार से जोड़ते हुए यहां के बंजर खेतों में सब्जी, फूल और फलों को उगाने का काम किया जा रहा है. अभी यहां पर 5 पॉलीहाउस का निर्माण करवाया गया है। यहां सेब की 15 प्रजातियों की ग्राफ्टिंग की गई है, जो कि योजनाओं के माध्यम से काश्तकारों को वितरित की जा रही है. ताकि सेब की खेती कर उनकी आय को दोगुना किया जा सके। संरक्षित खेती के लिये 10 महिलाओं और कुछ पुरुषों को भी रोजगार दिया गया है. उद्यान विभाग की ओर से तैयार किए गए इस मॉडल से किसान प्रेरित हो रहे हैं. इस मॉडल का उद्देश्य है कि अन्य किसान भी कृषि और बागवानी के क्षेत्र में कार्य कर सके और अपनी आय को दोगुना कर सके। राजकीय उद्यान केंद्र में वर्तमान में विभिन्न प्रकार के फूलों की खेती की जा रही है. लॉकडाउन समाप्त होने के बाद इसे विस्तृत रूप से में किया जाएगा. यहां पर बकरी पालन के साथ-साथ पशुपालन की भी शुरूआत की जा रही है। ताकि आसपास के ग्रामीणों को भी इन कार्यों में जोड़ा जा सके और उन्हें एक रोजगार के रूप में आमदनी प्राप्त हो सके। विभाग की ओर से बनाए गए इस मॉडल की मदद से आसपास के लोगों को रोजगार तो मिल ही रहा है साथ ही उन्हें इस क्षेत्र में कार्य करने का अच्छा अनुभव भी मिल रहा है।
