देवस्थानम बोर्ड मामले पर आज फिर हाईकोर्ट में होगी सुनवाई
नैनीताल: बदरी- केदार मंदिर सहित 51 अन्य मंदिरों को चारधाम देवस्थानम बोर्ड में शामिल करने के मामले पर नैनीताल हाईकोर्ट में आज फिर सुनवाई होगी। याचिकाकर्ता सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी ने कोर्ट को बताया था कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा बनाया गया एक्ट पूर्ण रूप से असंवैधानिक है। लिहाजा इसे खारिज किया जाए। देहरादून की रूलर लिटिगेशन संस्था के द्वारा विरोध किया गया और कोर्ट को बताया गया कि राज्य सरकार के द्वारा बनाया गया एक्ट पूरी तरह से सही है। रूलर लिटिगेशन संस्था ने बताया कि सरकार द्वारा बनाए गए एक्ट से किसी भी धर्म के लोगों को ठेस नहीं पहुंच रही है। लिहाजा सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी की याचिका को खारिज किया जाए.बता दें कि राज्य सभा सांसद सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी ने जनहित याचिका दायर कर कहा है कि प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा चारधाम के मंदिरों के प्रबंधन को लेकर लाया गया देवस्थानम बोर्ड अधिनियम असंवैधानिक है। याचिका में यह भी कहा गया है कि देवस्थानम बोर्ड के माध्यम से सरकार द्वारा चारधाम व 51 अन्य मंदिरों का प्रबंधन लेना संविधान के अनुच्छेद 25 व 26 का उल्लंघन है। सरकार के इस फैसले के बाद प्रभावित धार्मिक स्थानों व मंदिरों के पुजारियों में भारी रोष है. सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी ने कहा कि पूर्व में कुछ अन्य राज्यों ने भी इस तरह के निर्णय देवस्थान अमित को खत्म करने की मांग की है।
