महाकुंभ में नहीं लगेगा कोरोना का ग्रहण, तय सीमा पर ही होगा महाकुंभ का आयोजन, मुख्यमंत्री ने दी जानकारी
देहरादून: मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने लॉकडाउन लगने के बाद आज पहली प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस की। जिसमें कोरोना वायरस को लेकर की गई तमाम तैयारियों, प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को बढ़ाने से लेकर केंद्र सरकार द्वारा चलाए गई योजनाओं की जानकारी दी। मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने कोरोना महामारी और लॉकडाउन को लेकर केंद्र सरकार और राज्य सरकार की तैयारियों की विस्तृत जानकारी दी. सीएम ने कहा कि महाकुंभ का आयोजन परंपरागत रूप से और तय समय पर ही होगा।
सीएम त्रिवेंद्र ने कहा कि कोरोना महामारी और लॉकडाउन को लेकर आरबीआई के गवर्नर ने कहा था, कि देश को ऐसे वक्त में 65 हजार करोड़ की आवश्यकता होती है। लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री ने 20 लाख करोड़ रुपए के पैकेज का एलान किया. पीएम मोदी ने देश की गरीब जनता की हालत को देखते हुए कल्याणकारी योजना बनाईं,कोरोना और लॉकडाउन की वजहों से लोगों का रोजगार चला गया। इसकी वजह से सरकार ने गरीब जनता के लिए बिना किसी मांग के नवंबर तक मुफ्त अनाज देने का ऐतिहासिक फैसला लिया. इससे हमारे देश में गरीबी के कारण भूखे सोने वाले लोगों को राहत मिलेगी। इतना ही नहीं सरकार ने घरेलू उद्योग को भी बल देने का काम किया है। घरेलू उद्योग-धंधों को बल देने के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने राहत पैकेज का एलान किया। देश में जब कोरोना महामारी फैली तो उस वक्त पीपीई किट की भारी कमी थी। देश में एन 95 मास्क की कमी थी, लेकिन अब देश में इन दोनों का उत्पादन बड़ी मात्रा में हो रहा है. इसकी वजह से देश की जरूरत तो पूरी हो ही रही है। साथ ही अब दूसरे देशों में भी इसका निर्यात किया जा रहा है। हमारी स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्थाओं में बड़ा सुधार हुआ है। देश में एक लाख के करीब वेंटिलेटर थे। लेकिन अब देश में पर्याप्त मात्रा में वेंटिलेटर मौजूद हैं। देश के कई तकनीकी संस्थानों और प्राइवेट संस्थानों ने सस्ते दरों पर वेंटिलेटर उपलब्ध कराए हैं। उत्तराखंड में भी पर्याप्त मात्रा में वेंटिलेटर की व्यवस्था है। केंद्र सरकार की मदद से राज्य में स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्थाओं में काफी सुधार आया है। केंद्र सरकार की ओर से राशन कार्ड धारकों को मुफ्त अनाज दिया गया। वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को एक हजार रुपए पेंशन दी गयी. किसानों को उनके खातों में पैसे दिए गए। किसानों को लेकर पीएम मोदी ने कहा था कि सबसे पहले हमें किसानों को बल देना होगा। इसके लिए एग्री इंफ्रा फंड बनाया गया जिससे भारत के किसानों का बुनियादी ढांचा मजबूत होगा। 41 निजी कोल ब्लॉक की नीलामी शुरू हुई, रक्षा सेक्टर को मेक इन इंडिया के तहत तैयार किया जा रहा है. इन कदमों से वैश्विक निर्भरता को कम किया जा सकेगा. हमारा उदेश्य किसी को पैसा देने का नहीं, बल्कि उसकी आजीविका को बढ़ाने का है।
सरकार द्वारा लिए गए महत्वपूर्ण फैसले
1— राज्य में 45,000 युवाओं ने स्वरोजगार के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन किया गया, जिसमें 36,000 लोगों ने काम करना शुरू कर दिया है।
2— उत्तराखंड में अभी ऐसे हालात नहीं हैं कि सभी के लिए बॉर्डर खोल दिया जाये।
3— महाकुंभ का आयोजन परंपरागत रूप से होगा और समय पर ही होगा।
4— महाकुंभ को लेकर फरवरी महीने में अंतिम रूप से इस पर निर्णय लिया जाएगा
