सीएम त्रिवेंद्र की दी हुई सौगात साबित हो रही हवा हवाई उम्मीद में बैठे अब तक लोग
हल्द्वानी: सीएम त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने अप्रैल 2017 में शहर वासियों को रिंग रोड की सौगात दी थी। सीएम के इस घोषणा के बाद शहर के लोगों को उम्मीद जगी थी कि शहर को ट्रैफिक की समस्या से निजात मिलेगी. लेकिन तीन साल बीत बाद भी रिंग रोड के नाम पर एक ईंट भी नहीं लगी। रिंग रोड का काम केवल सर्वे और सरकारी फाइलों में ही दौड़ रहा है। ऐसे में शहर के लोगों का रिंग रोड का सपना अधूरा ही रह गया है। सीएम त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत अप्रैल 2017 में पहली बार हल्द्वानी दौरे पर पहुंचे थे. जहां शहर के लोगों ने उनका भव्य स्वागत किया. सीएम ने अपनी महत्वकांक्षी घोषणा के तहत हल्द्वानी को रिंग रोड की सौगात दी. सीएम ने कहा कि करीब 400 करोड़ की लागत से बनने वाला रिंग रोड हल्द्वानी के लोगों और शहर के लिए वरदान साबित होगा. लेकिन 3 साल बाद भी रिंग रोड के नाम पर एक ईंट भी नहीं लगा. बताया जा रहा कि रिंग रोड का बजट अधिक होने के चलते कम करने के लिए कई बार सर्वे भी किराया गया. लेकिन सर्वे कार्य के बाद रिंग रोड का काम केवल फाइलों में दौड़ रहा है. वहीं मुख्यमंत्री इन दिनों अपनी घोषणाओं को लेकर अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर रहे हैं। लेकिन मुख्यमंत्री की घोषणा के बाद भी लोगों का सपना पूरा नहीं हो पाया है।जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल का कहना है कि रिंग रोड का बजट अधिक होने के चलते दोबारा सर्वे कराया गया है। बजट कम कर शासन को भेजा गया है। शासन से अनुमति मिलने के बाद रिंग रोड का काम शुरू हो सकेगा। हल्द्वानी शहर को जाम से मुक्ति दिलाने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री ने 40 किलोमीटर शहर के बाहर रिंग रोड बनाने की घोषणा की थी। जिसके तहत कई छोटे-बड़े पुलों का भी निर्माण होना है। जबकि भूमि अधिग्रहण का भी काम होना है। लेकिन 3 साल बाद भी रिंग रोड अभी भी फाइलों में ही दौड़ रहा है।
