नैनीताल हाईकोर्ट में प्रणव पांड्या मामले में होगी सुनवाई
नाबालिग से रेप के मामले पर शांतिकुंज प्रमुख डॉक्टर प्रणव पांड्या के केश में पीड़िता की तरफ से चर्चित निर्भया रेप कांड के आरोपी की पैरवी करने वाले अधिवक्ता एपी सिंह ने अपना शपथपत्र पेश करने के साथ ही कोर्ट से आग्रह किया है मामले की जांच बाहरी राज्य को ट्रांसफर कर दी जाय। क्योंकि राज्य की पुलिस दवाब के चलते सही तरीके से जांच नही कर पा रही है। सम्भवतः 21 जुलाई को मामले की सुनवाई होगी। अधिवक्ता एपी सिंह ने प्रणव पांड्या की गिरफ्तारी पर लगी रोक के आदेश को निरस्त करने हेतु प्राथर्ना पत्र भी दिया है। पीड़िता के अधिवक्ता ने अपने शपथपत्र में कहा है कि पांड्या अपनी ताकत का दुरुपयोग कर रहा है और दुष्कर्म के आरोप में मुख्य गवाह राजेंद्र नामक व्यक्ति की शांतिकुंज के अंदर हत्या करवा दी गई जिसे आत्महत्या का रूप दिया गया। वहीं सरकार के द्वारा अब तक पीड़िता व उसके परिवार समेत गवाह को किसी भी तरह की सुरक्षा नहीं दी गई है। जिससे उन्हें जान का खतरा है लिहाजा प्रणव पांड्या की गिरफ्तारी पर लगाई गई रोक को जल्द से जल्द निरस्त किया जाए।
मामले के अनुसार शांतिकुंज प्रमुख डॉ प्रणव पंड्या ने अपने घर में काम करने वाली नाबालिग के साथ कई बार दुष्कर्म किया जिसकी शिकायत नाबालिक द्वारा पांड्या की पत्नी से भी की गई लेकिन पांड्या की पत्नी ने नाबालिक को डरा धमका कर उसका मुंह बंद कर दिया इसके बाद पीड़िता के परिवार के द्वारा दुष्कर्म की ज़ीरो एफआईआर दिल्ली के थाने में दर्ज कराई थी।
