ऋषिकेश – प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के संसदीय क्षेत्र वाराणसी की तर्ज पर तीर्थ नगरी ऋषिकेश के गंगा घाट भी आपको जल्द चमकते नजर आयेंगे।नगर निगम प्रशासन ने घाट सफाई परियोजना के लिए चार करोड़ 53 लाख रुपए की डीपीआर तैयार कर शासन को वित्तीय स्वीकृति के लिए भेज दिया है।सब कुछ ठीक रहा तो जल्द ही नगर की हद्वय स्थली त्रिवेणी घाट सहित आस्था पथ से जुड़े तमाम घाट आपको चकाचक नजर आएंगे।उक्त जानकारी देते हुए नगर निगम मेयर अनिता ममगाई ने बताया विगत वर्ष 24 दिसंबर 2019 को उनकी नमामि गंगे के अधिकारियों के साथ महत्वपूर्ण बैठक हुई थी।इस बैठक में ऋषिकेश शहर के लिए घाट सफाई परियोजना की आवश्यकता को लेकर चर्चा की गई थी।इसके लिए लम्बी मशक्कत के बाद डीपीआर तैयार कर लिया गया है। नमामि गंगे परियोजना के तहत उक्त महत्वपूर्ण योजना को क्रियान्वित किया जाना है। इस परियोजना के लिए जहां बड़ी तादाद में मैन पावर उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी, वहीं जरूरी उपकरणों की भी खरीद होगी। नगर निगम ने इसके लिए घाट क्लीनिंग प्रोजेक्ट तैयार कर लिया है।उन्होंने बताया कि योजना के मूर्त रूप लेते ही घाटों की साफ-सफाई दिन में तीन बार ऑटोमेटिक मशीन जैसे स्क्रब ड्रायर, प्रेशर जेटटिंग द्वारा शुरू हो जायेगी।मेयर के अनुसार घाटों से लगने वाले नालों की रोज सफाई करके उसका रिकॉर्ड मेंटेन करा जाएगा ताकि नालों की गंदगी गंगा में ना बहे।उन्होंने बताया कि हर 50 मीटर की दूरी पर 100 लीटर वाले डस्टबिन लगेंगे। कूड़ा वाहन द्वारा रोज दो बार कचरा उठेगा।इस कार्य को करने के लिए 70 सफाई कर्मचारी 3 सुपरवाइजर और एक साइट मैनेजर होगा।मेयर ममगाई ने बताया कि उनकेे चुनावी घोषणा के आठवें बिंदुु में यह प्रस्ताव शामिल रहा है।
उनका प्रयास रहेगा की जिस तरह उनकी अन्य घोषणाओं को चरणबद्ध तरीके से पूर्ण कराया गया है उसी प्रकार अब घाट सफाई परियोजना को भी जल्द से जल्द पूर्ण करा दिया जाये।
