बैठक में चार अहम मुद्दों पर महत्वपूर्ण फैसले
सचिवालय में त्रिवेंद्र कैबिनेट की महत्वपूर्ण बैठक हुई। बैठक में चार अहम मुद्दों पर महत्वपूर्ण फैसले लिए गए। कैबिनेट मंत्री मदन कौशिक ने बताया कि सबसे पहले प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा 20 लाख करोड़ के आर्थिक पैकेज पर कैबिनेट की तरफ से शुक्रिया अदा किया गया..इसके साथ ही बैठक में चार मुद्दों पर चर्चा की गई। जिसमें केंद्र सरकार की कृषि उपज पशुधन संविदा खेती एवं सेवा अधिनियम 2018 को नोडल एक्ट माना जाएगा। इसके अलावा एक अध्यादेश भी लाया जाएगा। जिससे किसानों को कई तरह की सुविधाएँ दी जाएंगी। दूसरा लॉकडाउन की अवधि में बिजली की अलग-अलग कैटेगरी के उपभोक्ताओं को ब्याज और अधिभार में छूट दी गई है। और ऑनलाइन बिजली का बिल पेमेंट करने पर 1 फ़ीसदी की छूट दी गई है। यह छूट अप्रैल महीने से जून महीने तक यानी 3 महीने तक रहेगी। सरकार के इस फैसले से राज्य सरकार पर सात करोड़ 64 लाख का अतिरिक्त भार पड़ेगा वहीं कैबिनेट ने एक और अहम फैसला लिया जिसमें हेल्थ डिपार्टमेंट में जिला और निदेशालय स्तर के लिपिक वर्ग को एक संवर्ग माना जाएगा। सरकार का तर्क है कि प्रमोशन में तमाम तरह की दिक्कतें आ रही थी। ऐसा करने से प्रमोशन में आने वाली दिक्कतें दूर होंगी और उत्तराखंड में वायलार अधिनियम 1923 के तहत वायलार जांच की छूट सीमा को जून तक बढ़ाया गया है। इस बीच थर्ड पार्टी या फिर इंस्ट्रक्टर से जांच की जा सकती है।
