मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रधानमंत्री वा वित्त मंत्री का किया आभार व्यक्त
मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने एमएसएमई सेक्टर के लिए केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा किए गए प्रावधानों पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी व केन्द्रीय वित्त मंत्री श्रीमती निर्मला सीतारमण का आभार व्यक्त किया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी ने 20 लाख करोङ रूपए का पैकेज घोषित किया था। इसी के अंतर्गत केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री श्रीमती निर्मला सीतारमण द्वारा विभिन्न क्षेत्रों विशेषतौर पर कुटीर, सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मध्यम उद्यमों के लिए की गई व्यवस्थाओं से निश्चित रूप से हमारी घरेलू अर्थव्यवस्था में नई जान आएगी। छोटे उद्योगों को बढ़ावा मिलने से आत्मनिर्भर भारत की संकल्पना को मजबूती मिलेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार के पैकेज से उत्तराखण्ड के एमएसएमई सेक्टर को भी बड़ा फायदा होगा। हमने जो उद्योगों का संचालन फिर से शुरू किया है, उसमें और गति आएगी। इससे उत्पादन और रोजगार में सुधार होगा। केन्द्र की अनेक परियोजनाएं उत्तराखण्ड में निर्माणाधीन हैं, कांट्रैक्ट विस्तारित करने के निर्णय से इन परियोजनाओं को समय पर पूरा किया जा सकेगा। हमारी कोशिश रहेगी कि केन्द्र सरकार के पैकेज का लाभ राज्य के सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यमों को मिल सके। इसके लिए राज्य सरकार के स्तर पर जो भी किया जाना है, किया जाएगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा एमएसएमई के लिए 3 लाख करोङ रूपए के ऋण की व्यवस्था की गई है। ऋण के लिए किसी गारंटी की जरूरत नहीं है। इससे सूक्ष्म, लघु, कुटीर व मध्यम उद्यमों को बङी राहत मिलेगी। स्ट्रेस्ड एमएसएमई के उद्योगों के लिए 20 हजार करोड़ रूपए के ऋण की व्यवस्था से 2 लाख उद्योग लाभान्वित होंगे।
एमएसएमई में निवेश और टर्न ओवर की सीमा को बढ़ाने से ये उद्योग अपना विस्तार कर सकें। सरकार के 200 करोड़ रूपए तक के टेंडर में ग्लोबल टेंडर को खत्म करने से देश के उद्योगों को लाभ मिलेगा।
सूक्ष्म, लघु व मध्यम उद्यमों को ई-मार्केट लिंकेज उपलब्ध कराने और सरकारी क्षेत्र में इनके बकाया का भुगतान 45 दिनों में किया जाएगा। एमएसएमई में फंड ऑफ फंड्स के माध्यम से 50 हजार करोङ रूपए की इक्विटी इन्फ्यूजन से बाजार एक बार फिर से तेजी पकङेगा।
प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण पैकेज में ईपीएफ में नियोक्ता और कार्मिक के 12-12 प्रतिशत अंशदान सरकार द्वारा जून, जुलाई व अगस्त तीन महीनों के लिए और करने से व्यवसायो और वर्कर्स को कुल 2500 करोङ का ईपीएफ सपोर्ट मिलेगा।
