वहीं उर्गम क्षेत्र के पटवारी विजय डुंगरियाल का कहना है कि सूचना मिलने के बाद पूछताछ मै बताया की वो उत्तराखंड सरकार मै राज्य मंत्री बेटा है उसकी गाड़ी रास्ते में खराब हो गई है जिसके कारण वह सरकारी गाड़ी ले कर आया है। कहा कि वो दवाई बाटने आया है लेकिन उसके पास कोई भी दवाई नहीं मिली और न ही इनके पास कोई अनुमति है ।पूछने पर संतोषजनक उत्तर नहीं दे पाया जिसके बाद व्यक्ति के खिलाफ उचित कार्यवाही की जाएगी ।
