आतंकियों से मुठभेड़ में उत्तराखंड का लाल शहीद
जम्मू-कश्मीर में पाक परस्त आतंकवादियों के साथ सेना की मुठभेड़ जारी है, भारतीय सेना बीते एक हफ्ते में 10 से ज्यादा आतंकियों को मौत के घाट उतार चुकी है परंतु इसी बीच जम्मू-कश्मीर से देवभूमि उत्तराखंड के लिए एक बेहद दुखद खबर आ रही है जहां आतंकियों के साथ मुठभेड़ में राज्य के एक और वीर सपूत यमुना पनेरू शहीद हो गए। बताया गया है कि शहीद यमुना राज्य के नैनीताल जिले के रहने वाले थे और कुमाऊं रेजिमेंट में तैनात थे। बीते गुरुवार की देर रात मिली जवान की शहादत की खबर से जहां परिवार में कोहराम मचा हुआ है वहीं पूरे क्षेत्र में भी शोक की लहर है। यमुना की शहीद होने की खबर से ही परिजनों की आंखों से आंसू थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहे हैं। बता दें कि शहीद यमुना पनेरू ने आठ वर्ष पहले विश्व की सबसे ऊंची चोटी माउंट एवरेस्ट पर तिरंगा फहराकर देश-प्रदेश का नाम रोशन किया था। उस दौरान उन्होंने अपने छः सदस्यीय दल के साथ कर्नल राणा के नेतृत्व में एवरेस्ट फतह किया था।
