नैनीताल हाई कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद भी हो रहा है नदियों में बड़ी मशीनों से खनन, जानकारी के बाद भी प्रशासन बैठा है मौन
कोटद्वार: पौड़ी के कोटद्वार में हाईकोर्ट के आदेशों को धता बताते हुए नदियों में जमकर काम किया जा रहा है. यहां खोह, सुखरौ, गवालगढ़, सिगडड़ी स्रोत नदियों में रिवर ट्रेनिंग के नाम पर चल रहे चैनेलाइज के काम में लगी बड़ी-बड़ी मशीनें चर्चा का विषय बनी हुई है। कुछ दिनों पहले हल्द्वानी के रहने वाले एक व्यक्ति की याचिका पर सुननाई करते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने उत्तराखंड राज्य के अलग-अलग जिलों में हो रहे खनन के संबंध में संज्ञान लिया था. जिसमें हाईकोर्ट ने खनन के मामले में राज्य सरकार से जवाब मांगा है. साथ ही कहा था कि जब तक सरकार इस मामले में जवाब दाखिल नहीं करती तब तक नदियों में मशीन नहीं उतारी जाएंगी। 11 जून को सुनवाई करते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने सरकार के दिये गए हलफनामे के तहत नदी तल क्षेत्रों के खनन पट्टों में मशीनों से खनन की अनुमति को 15 जून से आगे नहीं बढ़ाया था. मगर कोटद्वार में 15 जून के बाद भी नदियों के किनारे बड़ी-बड़ी मशीनों से खनन किया जा रहा है। इस पूरे मामले में कोटद्वार उपजिलाधिकारी योगेश मेहरा का कहना है कि नदियों में बड़ी-बड़ी मशीनों से खनन को लेकर हाईकोर्ट में एक याचिका पर निर्णय हुआ है, उसका जिला स्तरीय व शासन स्तर से कोई भी निर्देश अभी हमें प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है. जैसे ही इस संबंध में कोई निर्देश या गाइडलाइन प्राप्त होती है तुरंत ही उस पर अमल किया जायेगा। अधिवक्ता प्रवेश रावत ने कहा कि अगर हाईकोर्ट के आदेश का पालन स्थानीय प्रशासन पालन नहीं करता तो उसके खिलाफ न्यायालय की अवहेलना करने में कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए
