पुलिस की कैद में चकमा देकर कैदी हुए फरार, अस्पताल में आए थे कोरोना टेस्ट कराने
हल्द्वानी: कोरोना टेस्ट के लिए सुशीला तिवारी अस्पताल में भर्ती कैदी पुलिसकर्मियों को चकमा देकर फरार हो गया था. जिसके बाद से ही पुलिस फरार कैदी की तलाश में जुटी हुई थी. पुलिस ने आरोपी को करीब 17 घंटों के बाद देर रात करीब दस बजे रामपुर रोड स्थित बेलबाबा के जंगल से पकड़ा है. सुरक्षा में तैनात पुलिसकर्मियों की तहरीर पर हल्द्वानी कोतवाली पुलिस ने कैदी के खिलाफ संबंधित धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर उसे जेल भेज दिया है.
पुलिस के अनुसार दक्षिण दिल्ली के भीम बस्ती अंबेडकरनगर का रहने वाला विप्लव सरकार अपराधी प्रवृत्ति का है. आरोपी को पुलिस ने सितारगंज में हुई एक हत्या के मामले में दो जुलाई को गिरफ्तार किया था. उधम सिंह नगर पुलिस ने उसे चार जुलाई को सुशीला तिवारी अस्पताल में कोरोना टेस्ट के लिए लाई थी. जहां पुलिस को चकमा देकर कैदी करीब पांच बजे अस्पताल के बेड से हथकड़ी सहित फरार हो गया था. हल्द्वानी पुलिस पूरे दिन सघन चेकिंग अभियान के बाद शनिवार देर रात करीब दस बजे रामपुर रोड स्थित बेलबाबा मंदिर के जंगल से कैदी को पकड़ लिया. पुलिस सीसीटीवी कैमरे के आधार से आरोपी तक पहुंची है। एसपी सिटी अमित श्रीवास्तव ने बताया कि सीसीटीवी के आधार से फरार कैदी की लोकेशन ली गई. जिसके बाद पुलिस ने शक के आधार पर बेलबाबा के जंगल में सघन तलाशी अभियान चलाया. जहां से फरार कैदी को गिरफ्तार किया गया है. बताया जा रहा है कि कैदी जंगल से बाहर निकलकर भागने की कोशिश कर रहा था. लेकिन डर के मारे वहीं बैठा रहा और रात में भागने की फिराक में था। कैदी विप्लव सरकार पर दिल्ली में एक हत्या सहित लूट अपहरण के कई मामले उसके ऊपर दर्ज है. आरोपी दिल्ली से फरार चल रहा था जिसके बाद आरोपी उत्तराखंड के उधम सिंह नगर सितारगंज में अपने एक रिश्तेदार के यहां नाम बदलकर रह रहा था. जहां उसने 26 जून को सितारगंज अपने एक रिश्ते के भाई की हत्या कर शव सुखी नदी में फेंक दिया था. शव की शिनाख्त के बाद पुलिस ने दो जुलाई को विप्लव सरकार को शक्ति फार्म से पकड़ा था. आरोपी को सितारगंज जेल में भेजा गया था. जिसके बाद पुलिस की टीम उसको कोरोना टेस्ट के लिए हल्द्वानी लेकर आई थी।
