कांवड़ियों पर पुलिस की पैनी नजर राज्य से सटी सीमाओं पर पीएससी तैनात
हरिद्वार: हर साल लाखों कांवड़िया अपने नगरों व कस्बों से तीर्थ नगरी हरिद्वार में पवित्र गंगाजल लेने पहुंचा करते थे. लेकिन इस साल कोरोना वायरस के कारण प्रशासन ने शिवभक्तों के हरिद्वार आगमन पर रोक लगाई है वहीं इस बीच कोई नियमों का उल्लंघन न करें इसको लेकर पुलिस सतर्क है। एसपी सिटी कमलेश उपाध्याय ने बताया कि कांवड़ मेला इस बार स्थगित किया गया है. इसलिए पुलिस-प्रशासन द्वारा व्यवस्था बनाई गई है. कोई भी कांवड़िया बॉर्डर क्रॉस न कर सके, इसके लिए पीएसी की तीन कंपनियां तैनात की गई हैं. इसके साथ लोकल फोर्स को भी लगाया गया है. उन्होंने बताया कि सभी एंट्री पॉइंट पर पीएससी को तैनात कर दिया गया है और अगर कोई कावड़िया इसका उल्लंघन करता है तो उसे 14 दिन क्वरंटीन किया जाएगा. साथ ही उसपर कार्रवाई भी की जाएगी. वहीं पुलिस शहर में हर गतिविधि पर पैनी नजर बनाए हुए है।
