कीमती जमीन दिखाकर लाखों रुपये की धोखाधड़ी करने वाले एक महिला सहित चार आरोपियों को रुड़की सिविल लाइन पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोप है कि रुड़की के बेलडा गाँव स्थित नेशनल हाइवे पर कुछ लोगो ने मंगलौंर कोतवाली क्षेत्र के सडोला माजरा के रहने वाले एक व्यक्ति को क़ीमती जमीन दिखाकर खुद को जमीन स्वामी बताते हुए लाखो रुपये की धोखाधड़ी कर ली। रजिस्ट्री के समय धोखाधड़ी का आभास हुआ तो पीड़ित ने रुड़की सिविल लाईन कोतवाली में शिकायत दर्ज कराते हुए कार्यवाही की मांग की। पुलिस ने मामले की जांच की तो उक्त मामले में धोखाधड़ी प्रकाश में आई जिसके बाद पुलिस ने कार्यवाही करते हुए एक महिला सहित चार आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया है। एक महिला आरोपी अभी भी फरार बताई जा रही है। रुड़की सिविल लाईन कोतवाली में एसपी देहात स्वपन किशोर सिंह ने घटना का खुलासा करते हुए बताया कि सडोला माजरा गाँव थाना मंगलौंर के रहने वाले अजबीर सिंह ने शिकायत दर्ज कराते हुए बताया था कि उसके साथ कुछ लोगो ने नकली ज़मीन स्वामी बनकर करीब 1 लाख की धोखाधड़ी कर ली, शिकायत के आधार पर कोतवाली पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू की तो मालूम हुआ की एक व्यक्ति जिसने किसी और के आधार कार्ड पर अपना फोटो लगाकर जमीन का सौदा किया, और अपने साथियों की मदद से पीड़ित से एक लाख रुपये ऐंठ लिए, पुलिस ने कार्यवाही करते हुए नामजद दोनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पूछताछ में और नाम प्रकाश में आए जिसके बाद एक महिला सहित कुल चार आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी हो पाई, जबकि एक महिला आरोपी अभी फरार है। इसके सिंह ने बताया जमीन से जुड़े धोखाधड़ी के मामले में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया था दो नामजद आरोपियों के साथ एक महिला और एक अन्य अभियुक्त कि गिरफ्तारी की गई है, आरोपियों से पूछताछ की गई है, एक महिला आरोपी अभी फरार है जिसकी धरपकड़ के प्रयास जारी है।
